How many times does it have to be said that the only reason the demo was a console port was because Crytek wasn't expecting to make a PC demo and didn't have enough time to make a proper one when PC gamers started whining about the Xbox getting a demo when the PC didn't?

Confirmed now: no Sandbox 3 editor at release.
It's either Crytek will release an editor later (the way they did with Crysis Wars),
or they will just concentrate on their UDK alternative (which is bad since it's almost certain that it won't include the Crysis 2 assets).

They said they were going to release a PC demo, how hard is it to do that without porting it? They had nearly a month, and it's not like their engine takes care of everything for them... Oh wait, it does.

They had a reason (which they explained) for doing such a thing. I think it was for different feedback or something.

Who confirmed there would be no advanced options aswell?
Who can also confirm there wont be DX11?
NO ONE can answer this, because the guys claiming this stuff also can't even install the game, therefor, are unable to have access to ANY of the above mentioned features.

When you make something using CryEngine 3 you can use the automatic consolification tools, it basically ports the game for you so yes. It works in the reverse too.

No, but it was made with consoles in mind on the PC, then ported to the consoles. Which is why the demo we got was basically the same thing.
