The disco elevator was removed in retail version.
Why? What could they possibly gain from that?
maybe remi gaillard didn't like it? although i cant see why he wouldn't
Gould's voice sounds really, really lame. Besides that SP is great. Although I'm going to be sad if they really did remove the disco elevator.
No offence, but the entire scene in that screenshot doesn't look that good at all.
I don't care? The lightbeams are the main focus for my shitty testing level.
is the editor only on the PC? or as well as the xbox? i saw a video of a guy doing stuff in editor and it showed up on his xbox and ps3. maybe you can connect it? anybody know?
PC only. Connecting with the consoles is for licensees only, as you need to have an XDK to do it on the 360 anyway.
You need a console dev kit to do that (which will run you about $6,000-10,000)
Do you have to go though a login screen like the multiplayer, i just want this for the single playing. Because logging into it takes like forever. Or doesn't work.
Aw, they really did remove the disco elevator. The button is still there, you can press it, but it doesn't do anything...
So I got it a day early here in Norway, but the fucking activation system is telling me it won't be available until tomorrow. Any way to get around this?
So I got it a day early here in Norway, but the fucking activation system is telling me it won't be available until tomorrow. Any way to get around this?
I would also like to know about a workaround because my game will be coming early, too. It's ridiculous how we are locked out of the games, WHICH WE PAID FOR, based on where we live. Those who acquired the game through illegal means can play the game, irrespective of where they live.
Release day checks fucking sucks!
aren't release day checks supposed to stop people playing in the event it leaked before release date? does anybody else see what's wrong with that, lol.
:irony:
aren't release day checks supposed to stop people playing in the event it leaked before release date? does anybody else see what's wrong with that, lol.
Exactly, that's my point. As soon as the internal build leaked they should've taken this shit out. It is arbitrary and fucking dumb as hell.
I just heard that The Sims Medieval is available to download... when is that released exactly?
I just heard that The Sims Medieval is available to download... when is that released exactly?
wtf?
I know it has nothing to do with Crysis, but as Crysis was leaked badly I just wondered if anyone knew. [editline]23rd March 2011[/editline] Well I just found out the game releases tomorrow, so I guess that's normal.
I just heard that The Sims Medieval is available to download... when is that released exactly?
There's new patch to Hello Kitty Online today. Anyone know the changelog?
There's new patch to Hello Kitty Online today. Anyone know the changelog?
Well if you read my second post you'd realise why I said it... smartarse.
The disco elevator was removed in retail version.
I can confirm that is a false statement. I literally just finished the level where it is located and it worked perfectly. You must have not done it right.
Blops dlc is released on the same day as crysis 2 on pc :colbert:
You could probably find the PC version cheaper or about the same price as the Blops map pack on the internet.
Well if you read my second post you'd realise why I said it... smartarse.
You're welcome.
You could probably find the PC version cheaper or about the same price as the Blops map pack on the internet.
You could find a PC version for free on the internet. Cheapest I've seen is around £25 though.
You could find a PC version for free on the internet. Cheapest I've seen is around £25 though.
Well still it's pretty shocking that the map pack is £11, the cheapest i've found for pc is £22 and it's the limited edition, which is confusing as the normal edition is more...
So anyone played the singleplayer yet? Is the game worth it?
So anyone played the singleplayer yet? Is the game worth it?
Singleplayer is a lot of fun and well worth the price tag alone. Cant say the same for MP because I still cant join a fucking game because of "Serial code is currently in use" message.
I guess I'll find myself buying the game soon.
Singleplayer is a lot of fun and well worth the price tag alone. Cant say the same for MP because I still cant join a fucking game because of "Serial code is currently in use" message.
You're supposed to buy the game if you want to go online.
