1/4 Life, you are deliberately stirring up a shitstorm with your "Holier than thou" attitude of trying to save us all from the terrible plague of consoleitis. The multiplayer is being handled by an outside developer that CryTek acquired, the multiplayer isn't a good representation of what the singleplayer campaign is going to be like at all. While this usually holds true, the fact that CryTek has nothing to do with it makes it doubly so. And who cares if it's a bit too much like other extremely popular shooters out there? If someone else does something right to the point of it selling a couple of million copies within the first 24 hours, based mostly on its multiplayer appeal then you'd be a fucking moron not to try to get in on that. Yes, it limits innovation, and I'd rather see the old MP back, but even when I was playing it on a console I had tons of fun with this demo. It sucks that the demo they released isn't working for everyone and that a lot of features aren't implemented or activated, but it still has the potential to be a whole ton of fun. Additionally, your whole "vote with your wallet" philosophy is the dumbest shit I ever heard. It won't make developers go "Shucks, our game didn't sell well on the PC, that must be due to something we did wrong despite the tremendous amount of sales we got on the consoles." It'll make them think that the PC is no longer a viable market and the focus will shift even more over to consoles.

I don't know about you CoD hating bandwagoners, but this game is really fucking fun. I'm already max rank on the demo with a 3.79 KD/R (I'm so MLG pro! :downs:). So what if this game takes aspects from CoD, big fucking deal. You act like CoD is such a plague on society in which case it isn't, and is actually fun in some cases. Crysis 2 takes the fun parts of CoD (More or less from CoD 4) and makes them better with the Nanosuit and Cryteks own spin on the gameplay mechanics. Also, I don't understand how that many people are having login problems. I logged in with my gamespy account from Crysis 1 and I got straight to playing. Seems kind of odd to me.

I find it really annoying that the MP that was in Crysis 1 has been replaced by this... another CoD-like. At least the single-player portion seems really good.

Brb in 1,5 hours, maybe it'll be possible to register at all. Crytek should extend the duration of that demo because of this delay.

So we have every right to expect the Crysis 2 demo to at least have a console.

Finally got to make an account and play. I like it. I wasn't sure whether I was going to actually get this or not, but this has sold it for me.

Once again, CONSOLIZATION ruins PC gaming. No advanced graphic options.. no description of settings.. small maps... gimped number of players. Thanks 360 and PS3.

What's wrong with this game's mouse movement, I've turned off aim assist and turned up the sensitivity and all it did was make it worse. Also, blur everywhere.

Amazing you get "dumb" votes for speaking truth... I own all the consoles and a PC. Fact is fact... games are becoming more dumbed down for consoles. Period. Let's hope the full PC version has more options...
