I've been trying to join a game for 20 minutes, I just keep getting stuck in the lobby. Any ideas?

After being unable to play the demo on the PC, I decided to download the Xbox version to try that out again. It's OK I guess, except for the fact that the killcams reveal hit detection issues. Also, shotguns are overpowered. I really want to play this on the PC, but until Crytek get their shit together I can't do that.

Tried for 20 minutes to join a game. Finally did and it crashed. Uninstalled.

does anyone else totally just like ignore the suit functions in the demo? they're basically useless, all you need to do to win is run and shoot well.

Can't stand the multiplayer. Too CoD-ish but slower, A LOT slower. Mouse accelaration is a huge pain the ass I can't even aim like I usually do. Aim assist is ridiculous as well. I'd rather keep playing battlefield for my multiplayer untill brink comes out.

Cloaking is... well, cloaking. Hiding in corners, sneaking up on people, it's just really useful. Running up to a group of guys, killing one and then sprinting away cloaked is fun too. Armor mode is useful for defending crash sites and taking on multiple guys, although less useful than cloaking.

I know this is a demo and all, but all they've really done is manage to prove just how shitty the actual connecting of the multiplayer mode is. It's hard to connect, when you do connect there's a good chance you won't be able to join half of the servers due to various errors, when you find a server you CAN join you seem to get stuck in the lobby for ages, and if you actually get into a match it's usually plagued by lag. On the rare occasion you join a game that isn't laggy, it's great fun though.

What a horrible game, i can't play because of that shitty bloom everywhere.

I love cloaking up and stealth kill enemies. So much fun. Also ffs, disable mouse smoothing, acceleration, whatever it is. +i_mouse_smooth=30 30 disables it completely.
