add "+r_motionblur=0" to the shortcut path, or to the launch options if you're using the Steam version.

It probably has some sort of temperature regulation thing like N1 had, which helped Nomad survive the inside of the Sphere without getting testcicles.

What kind of computer are you running it on? I have 3-4 year old hardware and I can max it with good performance.

How large is the blast radius for the stomp? Every time I try to stomp near enemies, it seems to never affect them.

Wow I just got done playing the demo and holy fuck this game is awesome on ice. Everything about it was just fun, the nanosuit abilities, the way that you can jump great heights without having to switch to maximum strength and sprint really fast without maximum speed. ( Okay not very fast, but still )
Another great thing is that they included the great MP features like class customization, unlockables, killstreaks, etc. It's like playing a much, [I]much[/I] better version of MW2/Blops. I'll definitely kiss those two games goodbye and get Crysis 2.
The only things I could really nitpick are the motion blur and movements, normally I have to adjust to awkward moving styles in new games but this wasn't very bad, you could easily get comfortable with it. And as I mentioned the motion blur is a bit much at times but that can probably be turned off.
All in all this game is great so far, definitely had a thrill playing the MP demo.

As for Colonel Lee, he probably got retconned out when Crytek said that they were rebooting the Crysis story.
It's definitely Colonel Lee. I clearly remember one of the Koreans saying "KERNAL LEE! KERNAL LEE! YANKYSHEQUADA! (or however you spell it)" when Psycho is held captive in the submarine.
