I was in a similar one this morning, there's not much you can do about it as far as I know. I guess the lobby just bugs out or the settings go funny, just gotta steer clear of them

Gamespy is shit and crytek is shit for actually using gamespy's services.
I bet Gamespy paid Crytek to use them in online services, hoping that it would make Gamespy popular again.
Now most people want to stab Gamespy in the face, so it isn't really working out.

It seems that people with 100~ ping have the best hit detection for some reason, 250 is unplayable and 20 is, for some reason, barely detecting at all.

I guess their netcode / lag compensation is optimised for that time. like the hit box is 100 ms behind the target to compensate the connection delay.

At least its easy to run compared to the Crysis and Warhead. I have it maxed out and I don't have an amazing rig, so it feels good knowing i don't have to upgrade to play this game.
They really should fix that shit, I'm rank 7 with Scout locked and missing dogtags and attachment unlocks due to disconnects.... :smith:

I think that should work, else use Nathan's method and make a bat file with long startup parameters.
