lmfao some guy tried to setup a holo, to jump and stomp me while i was holding the pod. i shot at it to know it was a hologram then i killed the guy in mid air. I feel proud of myself. If i didnt kill him the stomp woulda killed me.
I am tempted to buy the game just for this

I'm like rank 8-9 and I've yet to unlock any attatchment unlocks or "holograms" (where is this anyways? it's not under my ability unlocks).
I'd like to get a supressor for my fucking gun but I keep ranking up and not getting any attachements

Oh.. I always thought those people running in corners for 10 seconds were lagging bad.. and I think they are.. because I start shooting them and they get that laggy sort of look to them.. and then as soon as I turn around the 'hologram' shoots me.
Even in the killcam it shows them running the wall constantly.. so holograms are either laggers.. or holograms.. mind fuck.

Also, is it bad that I really really am enjoying the multi so far? The stealth kills tickle my fancy the most.
I do wish more maps were larger though. What would have made this great would be this CoD-clone skin, with the Nanosuit AND large maps (with more players obviously).
Instead of copying CoD's cramped twitch-fest map style. And ditching the random spawns or maybe randomly spawn within a static area you pick that wasn't the area you died in).
Why in the fuck would it be bad?
I love Cry2 multiplayer. It's really different than Crysis 1's MP, but I've had literally no problems whatsoever and it's extremely fun.
I started playing the demo, it's pretty much cod with heavier feel for weapons and invisibility

With the proximity alarm there's a little bar near the minimap that shows if there's someone close to you.
Is it just me or does this games graphics seem a little blurry? Most other games out there have crisp edges on things but this games edges seem blurred?

Go to the SCAR, then unlock the hologram attachment.

Certain number of kills with that weapon, then you get a token to pick which one you want.

Crytek's method of anti aliasing. In DX9, hardware anti aliasing isn't feasible due to the deferred renderer and decreases performance horrendously, so software anti aliasing is enabled which is just an edge detection filter and blur.

Throw in aim assist and you've got a wallhack and aimbot pretty much.

Well it's kind of a huge chunk of history for me, I just wanted to know why.

You have to get a certain amount of kills with it. It's a challenge that awards XP and an attachment module. I find it kinda hard to believe that you're rank 9 and you don't have a single SCAR attachment module.

As long as controller menu is enabled and you can activate Aim Assist it works.
