How do you not notice the inability to log into the game?
Or the fact that you only get one attempt to create an account with a unique e-mail address? If the name you wanted is already taken, you have to use another e-mail address and give it another go.
Sorry, I've not had either of those problems.
The first game had the annoying Gamespy Comrade that started up with Windows and just generally got in your way.
I can't log in to play the game. Any suggestions?

I have a 1920 x 1080 monitor. An Ati 5850. A Phenom II x4 955. 8GB of RAM. And I'm getting 18 -28 FPS... What the hell is going on here.
You run it worse than me yet Ive got a worse GPU, same amount of RAM, but faster processor. I get 60 fps locked as I use Vsync.
Drivers?
Is anyone else's screen extremely blurred? I joined a server and couldn't see a thing.
It's almost like the developers added too much motion blur with no ability to turn it off.
Is DX11 already included in it? or can you set it? Anyway, the graphic settings are not like the first game? Where you have multiple choices to select? Sorry if I don't know this. I only played the beta. Not the demo.
I made a really terrible montage video today.

Finally managed to log in and play a few rounds. The gameplay itself is pretty average but oh my goodness it's such a pretty game.
I came buckets when I seen how optimized it was.
It ran well on my 512MB piece of shit graphics card. :V
What? You're right, this is a demo, not a beta. What you play is what you get, there will be absolutely no changes from there on out. Prepare to be disappointed.
But we do login with our gamespy ID so it's possible.
I don't like toggle crouch either, I haven't noticed a delay, middle-click menu is too slow, reassign the nanovision key, autoaim is only for controllers.
:ninja:
I personally hate when games dont offer the option for toggle croutch. I tend to play in crouched alot so its pretty tiring having to constantly hold crouch in games that dont offer it
Who crouches in Crysis?
90% positive the multiplayer is like it is because of performance reasons so they could sell Crysis 2 as being much better performing.
Considering the CE3 probably runs close to the same performance as CE2 (if not worse from all the new shaders), except it's all close up and optimized for close play so it appears like it runs much better.
Judging from a comment a dev said a year ago when asked about MWLL being ported. Mentioned that MWLL's map size probably wouldn't run too well in CE3, though mind you this was a year ago so who knows.

Garry deleted (temporarily) pre-july 09 posts to free up memory or something like that.

Only if you chose to install it... comrade was optional
Does anyone know if reinstalling the demo will fix any issues? I downloaded before it was supposed to be released and I'm wondering if I got it in a unstable state.
I like multiplayer. It seems that nanovision + stealth are a great combo.
I use Shift for sprint and CTRL for crouching and it's really hard to pull off slides. I wish I could bind crouch to CTRL and C.

That was another thing that bothered me. You can't have multiple keys do the same command.
I think he means FPS stability. When I play Crysis 1 my FPS takes constant dips which makes it really hard to play without stealth due to lagging when turning, but in Crysis 2 my FPS stays all around the same, so it's easy to get used to.

I like how I can't run the top game past like 30fps on low - medium settings, but I get 40-60fps with medium on the bottom.

crytek's definitely gotten better at level design
The SP better run as good as the MP. It probably won't because there are a lot of things being loaded during the SP.
RustySpannerz;28429827']
I've hardly even noticed it. It's not obtrusive like the first game.
It's let me log in once since the demo came out.
I try every 30 minutes, and I really want to fucking play.
Not sure if anyone has seen this:

Hopefully the game is much better than the demo, but then again I never loved Crysis for its multiplayer.
Those alien tentacle things look like the Necris tubes that leak dark murky green liquid from Unreal Tournament 3.
Alien Tentacles?... I wonder if japan will catch on and make a Crysis rape anime
