I use it as much as I can.
nanovision takes my FPS down very slightly as well I've noticed, by about 3-5fps
I literally have the worst luck in this game. A few rounds ago I was saw a guy near the greenhouses so I ran out to shoot him, but right when I turn the corner I get blown up by a grenade. When I watch the killcam I see that that guy was trying to throw the grenade onto the roof of a building but instead, it bounced off and landed at my feet. Next life I moved a bit more cautiously, just to get killed by a orbital strike that landed directly on top of me. Also how do you aim accurately in this game? In pretty much every other game I can rely on the fact that people won't super speed sideways. Even if my ironsights are directly on a person most of my shots won't hit. And then when I compensate for their movement my aim goes all over the place. If I turn sensitivity down I can line up shots a bit better but then I can't do anything in close quarters fast enough. Last round I got the jump on pretty much everyone and all that happened was me getting watching a slow-mo bullet enter my head every 15 seconds.
The SP better run as good as the MP. It probably won't because there are a lot of things being loaded during the SP.
With some positivity, I can say, the SP actually runs better than the MP. I have tried the leak, but that doesn't mean it's the final version, so stuff is subject to change, but for the most part, I've noticed that my framerate tends to stay around 30-45 FPS on Gamer, whereas the MP is so choppy I can't even fucking aim straight sometimes. :suicide: Thank god I'm getting my new card soon, I can't stand my shit one anymore.
Mind if I ask; what is the Greenhouse, and what are the glass houses? I can never figure out whether the arch shaped buildings are greenhouses or glasshouses. Same with the big glass building.
You know something's wrong when every fucking weapon does more damage at close range than the shotgun. It's at the highest point in the map. The green houses are the little glass buildings clustered together with all the plants inside of them.
I would if you could unequip all weapons and just use weapons, I'll just end up shooting people instead of melee.
Just take out the grenade but don't throw it. All it was was "basic kill - next clip - basic kill - next clip - double kill on side by side targets"

I love it when people do that. They can't take negative comments/dislikes so they disable them and pretend everyone likes it.
I would go so far as to say it wasn't a good montage because it was a Crysis 2 montage. Shooting people out of stealth and having circle strafing retard fights with both players in Max Armor looks silly.
Can't fucking log into the demo. Mycrysis account works fine, can post on the forums, but as soon as I get to the login menu, type in details, certain I've not mistyped anything, but it still says 'nodemo4ulol'.
I'm gonna try and get some money to preorder it. Till then, I hope they fix the logins. I used 3 emails to make it work. The first 2 got fucked somehow as they apparently are already registered somewhere else (don't really know how or on what) and the third isn't even mine.
the loading music is creepy
So, do you guys still prefer the old crysis multiplayer style or the current one?

I find the shotgun to be extremely hard to use, sometimes I have to hit guys with all 8 rounds to kill, sometimes they survive even that.
I just realized, this trailer is pretty unrealistic. It doesn't even look like a real match, unless console gamers are all that terrible, which I doubt.

It's less musical than 'Let the bodies hit the floor', just a random collection of sampled drum beats. Terrible.

So i'm in the middle of a Team Instant Action Match I'm 23-0, 5 Air Stomp kills Computer randomly restarts. Ffff-
So, do you guys still prefer the old crysis multiplayer style or the current one?
I'll speak as someone who likes the original Crysis' MP and Crysis 2's MP so far. I've been playing the 360 version (seeing as how it's the only platform that'll let me play the fucking thing), and I think that Crysis 2 MP is streamlined considerably, though not for the worse as the whining PC elitists would have you believe. I still have reservations about suit powers (speed should be speedier and strength-jump should be strength-jumpier imo, but then this is supposed to be more of a reboot than a sequel, as far as reboots can go considering that there's only been two installations in the series), but they're as fun to use as they are in C1, and despite said reservations, power mode really is quite useful, honestly, I prefer C2's suit system to that of C1's, it's not 'consolified', just easier, simpler, less hurdle-hopping. If making things less of a chore for players means consolification to PC Gamers then the PC Gaming community truly has been reduced to a whining, mewling shadow of its former self. Crysis 1's MP is fun, though I'm finding it increasingly common in Power Struggle servers with top-tier players base-raping the opposing team with numerous VTOLs and helicopters, utterly stonewalling anything resembling a twitch towards enemy positions. Team Deatchmatch is much, much more fun, and likely what the devs intended Power Struggle to be, although I do miss the point system (but only as far as weapon load-outs go, god forbid they put vehicles in the TDM maps). At times though I find it a little frustrating unloading an entire magazine to down one guy. Both systems are fun, and both have their cons. On the health-topic; honestly, I don't think there's ever going to be a health-system that actually, truly 'works' in multiplayer games - regenerating health can make some players feel cheated of a kill, while health bars make some games a battle of attrition. There's also the sense of scale in MP, on the one hand, Crysis 2's 6v6 MP means matches might get more 'tactical' (as far as that goes depending on who you're buddied up with), but I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a little disappointed that we'd not get the change to relive a futuristic Omaha Beach landing with Nanosuits, tracers and explosions flying all around. Overall though, I think the multiplayer of C2 has more lasting appeal due to the fact that you have to earn your weapon load-outs, as well as the nanosuit modules. I'd say give both a shot, hell just because you got one doesn't mean you can't give the other a go right?
what's the graphical difference between gamer, advanced and hardcore because I can't tell

So, the Demo locks up my 360, and I can't connect to the PC version. :smith:
Is there a rank list with experience requirements floating around? I have 239 724 experience and I'm curious to see what my rank would be if there was no max level at 10. I hope there will be an option to disable taunts in multiplayer. Stuff like "He went down like a sack of bricks! :downs:" is really getting on my nerves.
the loading music is creepy
What's creepier to me is the idea of wandering the streets of a destroyed city alone. Or at least you aren't alone most of the time.
I wrote lyrics for part of the menu music bWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEniiieewwwwwwwwwww bWEEEEEEEEEEEEEniewwwwwwwwwwwww bWEEEEEEEEEEEEEniewwwwwwwwwwwww bWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEniiiieeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww
There are a few differences between this video and the game now. Some of the animations are not there, for example, when using the Hologram attachment, the nanovision and the left arm when you power stomp or whatever.
I have a question for those who played the leak. What's the difference between the SCAR and SCARAB? They looks like the same gun but the SCARAB doesn't have the rails on top.
