Since the update my aug perks started working in-game.
It says my Max Stealth is maxxed out on my character screen, and when I play in game I no longer cast a shadow when cloaked in addition to it lasting much longer.

When you're at the choose a class screen does it actually show the perks with the Level 3 bars on it?

Before the patch it would just say "Enhanced Stealth" or something, like it was the standard ability despite me having level 3's worth of kills unlocked for it.
After the update it says "++Enhanced Stealth" and describes it's enahnced ability, and it works in-game.
And yeah they REALLY need to up the recoil on the SCAR. I hate that people can snipe with it even easier than the sniper rifle because it has virtually no recoil - the only thing it is missing is a scope.
And because the game has both headshots AND crotchshots which are instant kill no matter what, it's really easy to own with the scar. It wouldn't be so bad if the headshot area didn't seem so big.
I mean don't get me wrong it's a godsend when sniping but it makes it so close quarters SCAR fights are determined by who happesn to get the "headshot" first, which is within milliseconds.
Up the recoil and/or drop the damage. Preferably both.
I dislike being killed when I have the LMG and other has the SCAR.

Are you sure it works in-game? Because everywhere I read, people are having module upgrade problems. If you're using the Steam version use the new screenshot picture feature and take one of your custom loadout when you're in a match because I'm having a hard time believing it works for you.

So... I've been at wits end. I cannot solve this problem.
The HUD won't render anymore. I don't know why the fuck not, but it won't render.
I've tried everything including re-installing, editing the PAK files, re-downloading the entire 10GB Leak, and even as far as system restoring to 4 days ago, just before the problems started.
Could anyone help, or maybe offer some kind of solution to this? I would really appreciate it.
I have no idea if i should get this for PC or my console, But I'll wait and check to see how the mods are

Fraps/RivaTuner always works.
You could pass r_DisplayInfo = 1 through the launch options, see if that works.

It's not working for me either. At the main menu just after login it shows upgrades just fine and properly. However once I get in game they all revert to level 1 with only the base bonuses. After a match if I go back to the equipment screen it shows them as level 1, but the side progress says that it's level 3.

It wasn't working for me until the patch
I'm not using steam version, sorry
EDIT: Also note some servers might disable the upgrades I think. If it's working in the main menu it should work in game - assuming said server has the mode upgrades enabled.

If reinstalling didn't fix it, then it sounds like a driver issue messing with the 2D displays

If that's the case, most must have it disabled. The only time my modules are the correct level is when they level up while on the server (perhaps this is what happened to you?). As soon as I leave and join another server, they're forced to level 1 again.
