If they make your muzzle flash blind you in nano vision that would balance it nicely I think. So you can use it to see enemy locations but it's hard to use it while shooting.
Or if they make it so the nanovision has a more limited range (i.e. things in the distance just muddle together, so you can't snipe people easily with it).
And they need to fix the fucking SCAR. Lately I've been getting killed in 2 hits full health from it, and not even from headshots or crotch shots - just normal deaths. It has no goddamn recoil, insane RoF and good damage. At least the MG has some recoil to it plus a slower RoF.
My least favorite thing about nanovision is it's ability to see cloaked players.
It defeats the purpose of turning invisible if everyone has the ability to see you clearly.
Nanovision should have limited peripharal vision to compensate.

Why does the demo not let me connect to any servers :(, I wouldn't mind trying the PC demo to see how good it is compared to the 360 one.
I personally don't use nanovision that much. I find it better to use the normal binoculars to tag targets since everyone else sees them too.
Then again, I do use the cloak detector thing which might be why I always spot cloakers.

Pre-order bonuses? Gamestop usually has bonuses for popular games if you pre-order from them. Although Crysis 2 doesn't have a pre-order bonus, I still feel better about having a guaranteed copy whenever I come in, even if the store has a lot of copy's.
