I wonder what bullshit would he come up with to justify the need for subscription fees. MMOs need them because the devs need to keep the servers running all the time, but what would a lobby-based game need them for?

What makes it worse is that they'll probably still charge the same for DLC. Generally when a game is subscription based (Which 99% of the time aren't an FPS and 100% of the time aren't something you can get for fucking free everywhere else) there's free updates and shit. Unforunately Satan/Bobby knows that he can charge for whatever the fuck he likes and fucking kids will tear money from their parents' pockets for it all because "IT'S CoD AFTER ALL" The idiots who will pay need to learn that there's plenty of other alternatives which: 1. Are cheaper to buy 2. Are free to play online 3. Have dedicated servers (If PC) 4. Don't charge for updates 5. Have more content 6. Do everything the same way or better The new Medal of Honour for example.

CoD6 was also $60 for PC, and it's still like $50 even though it's been out for many months.
