I didn't even need to play the video to know this was going to be one of Kakipi's shenanigans. I love all of those shortcuts though, gotta try that out

I'll just post some media Here's a music-swap of Modern Sky Sanctuary with Kingdom Valley's "Water" phase I always thought that Kingdom Valley would go good with this level, because they're both quite similar. As soon as I unlocked Kingdom Valley as a song is Sonic Gens, I set it up as the song for Sky Sanctuary, and its very fitting because the Level architectures for both are very similar, except below you in Kingdom Valley there is water, and below you in Sky Sanctuary is the sky, or well Angel Island. And the fact that the uploader switched it with "Water" makes it even more fitting. Because Modern's gameplay is more fast paced, and in 06; "Water" is played at the "Mach-Speed" segment of the level, which is probably the most fast paced parts of the Levels that Sonic's in. Here's Egg Dragoon's Music(Sonic Unleashed) and Deep Core's music mixed together, usually called a Mash-Up. Its also put as the music as Sonic fights the Egg Dragoon in this video I personally think this is a great Mash-Up because they are both really fast paced and adrenaline pumping music. I think the creator of this mash-up should mix it with Sonic Gens' Egg Dragoon, even though there not much different about it, there are some elements that were dropped from the original Egg Dragoon, and would make it sound much better if it was mixed with Deep Core. Here's this amazing run of Chun-Nan Act 2-2, with "Greening" by Raindrops as the music swapped This player is really talented, and the music is very fitting with Chun-Nan's atmosphere.

It was the only level I remotely enjoyed from Sonic 06.
I honestly wish Kingdom Valley was in Generations. Because not only this level was good, but it was basically the signature level of the game. If there's any future DLC's where they'll remake another level from each game, I would go with Kingdom Valley, and it would really interesting to see how they'll go with Classic's version of the level. And a question to everyone: If they were to add a 4th level to each Era, Which game and level would you want to have in each era? For Classic Era, I would choose Sonic CD for Stardust Speedway, of course because of the Rival Battle that's included in this game. Other than that, I would choose Ice Cap Zone from Sonic 3. For Dreamcast Era, I would go with Westopolis from Shadow the Hedgehog, Because I think just like how Sonic Heroes was put in the Dreamcast Era, I think this game would fit into the Era too. And playing it would be like playing the level but in Sonic perspective, so the only enemies would be Black Arms, instead of being able to attack both the Good and Bad. And as for Modern, I don't know, Maybe one level from Sonic 4, but it wasn't that great of a game.

God do I hate Planet Wisp. I still can`t beat the goddamn modern doppelganger race in under 5 minutes. [editline]24th February 2012[/editline] Yeah fuck this. Giving me a headache now.

I vote we change the title to "I went fast once and it was amazing"
Classic - Hydrocity Zone or Marble Garden Zone
I think they got around this by incorporating some elements from Hydrocity Zone into Seaside Hill and some from Marble Garden into Sky Sanctuary.
Dreamcast Era - Sky Deck, Metal Harbor, or Crazy Gadget Modern Era - Kingdom Valley or Radical Train, Eggman Land or Empire City
These are good picks, but wasn't it called 'Radical Highway', not 'Radical Train'?
These are good picks, but wasn't it called 'Radical Highway', not 'Radical Train'?
Radical Highway is in fact a stage from Sonic Adventure 2, but he was referring to a stage from Sonic 2006 called Radical Train.

Sonic Rush was released the same day as Shadow the Hedgehog, so that would be modern.
it's normal to fucking hate shadow, right? Like, not because of he's a dick, but as a character he just seems so...dumb. To me, he feels like the generic "cool" character.
The 3DS version puts Water Palace from Sonic Rush in the modern era. Sonic Rush was released the same day as Shadow the Hedgehog, so that would be modern.
Yet at the same time, the 3DS version makes Egg Emperor from Sonic Heroes the 'modern era' boss fight, so it's a little skewed when it comes to era comparisons between the two.
