I really wanna play SimCity 4 but for some reason it just stopped working. Every time I try to run it stops at the bridge screen you get you launch it and it doesn't load or anything. I've tried basically everything but this is really bugging me cause yesterday I could play just fine and now suddenly it stopped working. I'm running Windows 7 64bit with a ATI card and quad-core by the way.

I just thought of something regarding neighbor garbage deals. What if you had five cities, say, and wanted to get rid of your garbage problems? Simply make an export garbage loop. City 1 > City 2 City 2 > City 3 City 3 > City 4 City 4 > City 5 City 5 > City 1 The garbage doesn't get dumped, instead it is loaded onto a truck and becomes part of the gathering, collective heap of mobile litter that terrorizes the highways of Facepunchia.

I saw this thread and thought "HEY! This sounds awesome! I'll just reinstall Simcity 4." So i grab my case and WALLA, disk 2 is fucking gone. Why does this always happen. :(

I bought Simcity 4 Deluxe on Steam when it was on deal even though I have the physical copies for that reason.

Is it alright if I go without using any of the mods at all? And keep my own mods, and simply refrain from using them?

That's basically a conflicting model/model with a missing dependency. The green red splosh is the OPPS mod that I installed; without it you'd see a gigantic, obnoxious box that says SIMCITY.com.

I still find it amazing I managed to install Sim City 4 even with the first disk being scratched all to hell and even having a tiny hole in it. All that's actually missing is just some of the UI for the opening scene.

Something happened. I saved my city and then the region got a little borked. On Dropbox, it said I deleted two cities so I restored them. [editline]13th March 2012[/editline] Actually, the whole region seems to be pushed back in time. Half of my city is gone and the other city I made is completely gone.
