Most of the time, whatever instance she was doing she never finished because every time they would wipe, whether it be her fault or not, she would blame herself. The reason she rarely completed an instance is because if they usually wiped more than once, she would get really embarrassed, to the point of her face getting red, and apologizing, quitting the group, and going offline.

He used Icy Touch and Plague Strike but just auto-attacked the rest. Was RP capped the whole time.

As tank when my group wipes my first thought is always it being my fault. Then moves onto the dps.
I can never bring myself to blame the healer though, if I think that it is his fault and that we're not going to get anywhere I generally leave instead of saying anything.
