What level is reccomended for hogger (unless i do it in a group).
Where do i learn to tame a pet? Is it only doable in Darnassus or Kharanos?
What talent tree should i go for?

Level 10. Let the pet tank and you keep shooting at Hogger until hogger is dead.

When you are level 10 it is a Quest.
When I did it long time ago I had to go to my races town for them level 6+ quest over there in Teledrassil

Think you'll have to do the taming quests in Teldrassil at lvl 10, and you should go BM for leveling, get a bear imo.
Oh... and you just can't kill hogger...

Answer: Roll a class that can actually do DPS.
Like rogue or warlock or something.

Unless it has been changed since I did it last time, no you can't do it in any other place then your own races town.
But I can't confirm it because it was way too long ago back in mid BC

I was under the impression every class could dps.
I think there's a point based system where you can customise your characters abilities to better suit your prefered play style. It's supposed to make it more special.

Every single hunter I've seen can barely do 4k DPS.
I've never seen a hunter do more than 4k DPS, ever.
