i wish they would redo all old world instances w/ cata but i know that will continue to be a dream

For some reason, I just cannot customize ANY kind of Combat Log (Regular, or addon) to show just one thing. My heals to other people in my group, and myself. That's all I want to see. What settings, or perhaps another addon, do I need to use to show JUST outgoing heals from me? No matter how many times I've tried, none of them have worked..I've tried resetting to defaults, etc.

Why does the offspec healers that join 5 mans as DPS ALWAYS win the need rolls on healing stuff when I heal as mainspec and need also? Why? Can anyone fucking answer this for me? A 1 against an 83? Fucking really?
