I was reading it somewhere don't recall where, and also my RL mate got his account hacked and instead of giving him his stuff back they just sent a "care package", i think it contains things like a certain amount of gold and emblems, unsure of what it contains only certain that it has gold in it, to help the character(s) get back on there e-feet.

There are two options you get when you're hacked.

1: You can opt to get an instant care package that contains around 3k Gold and 10 Emblems of Triumph (something along those lines.)
2: You can wait a lot, lot longer for all your gear and items to be restored.
