Pretty much all the open world games will take the cake on this one. I would say the Zone, but it would really suck living there. Either Morrowind from TES III or Tamriel from TES IV. Mass Effect 2 is up there, but come on, Morrowind and Oblivion have fucking magic!

For those of you who said Pokemon: Enjoy your lack of education, hospitals that don't treat humans, ineffective law enforcement, high unemployment rate (seriously, there are like 3 possible jobs with a steady income and two are family-run), parents who refuse to shelter you after you turn 10, lack of automobiles, outdated computers, potential homelessness, stores that don't sell food, nonexistent national security, legendaries that could potentially destroy you and everything you know, and the inability to find clothing that doesn't make you look like a freak. So yeah, have fun in your "utopia"

The only reason I would want to "live" in a video game universe is if I was able to jump in and out of it, like for recreation, and that death in said universes would not end my existence in our universe. On topic though, Mass Effect: For the technology and aliens. Its more than that honestly, stuff I can't actually put in words (in before asari-hanar porn games). Pokemon: Despite how narrow minded scientists and scholars are in the Pokemon world, its a very interesting and expansive place. Animals that can shoot fire out of their assholes and conjure up cancer cures from "Berries" that grow on their appendages, sign me up. Thats all I can conjure up right now.
