We need a mod that makes the guitar equip-able , and when you "shoot" you play a song, and right click changes the song

No no no, you have it all wrong. GSC released a russian version of CoP back in november, people pirated it and used google translator to translate it so people could play it in english.
English version coming soon.

I heard that there's a mod for CoP that does that. I haven't found any download links for it, though.
