Assasin's creed II: Was told it was just assassinating people and jumping on them from tall towers. It was WAY better than I anticipated. Finally, DJ hero: I thought it was just guitar hero with a dj deck but actually found it REALLY addicting.
These.
I really wanted to hate Mass Effect because the first part of the game (the only part I saw) looked really gay. Then I played the pc version and realised it was actually a decent game and went out and bought it, in fact I liked it that much I've preordered Mass Effect 2
inevitably, the Halo series. i actually do hate the multiplayer, and hate how simplistic and ridiculously comprehensible the stories are, but for whatever reason i love the singleplayer campaigns. [editline]01:17PM[/editline]
I don't want to hate any game cause I'm not a close minded faggot.
...hating a game because it's terrible isn't a bad thing by any means
Team Fortress 2
Final Fantasy 7: "Fucking spiky haired androgynous boy, this game is sure to suck" 2 days after "Can't... Stop... Playing..."
Plants VS Zombies first: "Childish game" then(playied the trial): "KICKASS!!!"
Sam and Max :)
Animal Crossing.
Oblivion
Enter the Matrix Pal: "Dude... this game sucks!" Me: "It does?" Pal: "You have no taste in games... Never speak with me again." Me: "...well... It is kind of buggy..." *Goes back to awesome buggy combat and kills 5 guards at once, with an backhand slap.* Me: *:3*
MW2. Not trying to hate, I just don't normally care for that sort of multiplayer. But now I can hardly stop trying to level up.
The new Prince of Persia. I was all "oh this isn't the same prince, I bet it will be disappointing." But it wasn't.
The Sims is a really weird game. It's like "do some mundane tasks for someone else in a game whilst in real life you still have the same mundane tasks to do for yourself" and yet you still manage to be entertained.
Only problem is that its really easy. Still fun but. [editline]05:42AM[/editline]
WoW "Pfft. WoW is for fucking nerds. how the fuck could anyone like this game" ... "GOTTA GET THAT PURPLE SHIT :pcgaming:"
Fucking this.
I'd have to say Crackdown. My friend always talked about how awesome it was, but I really didn't see it. After playing it though, I fell in love.
Psychonauts, at first i thought, looks kinda childish, some friends told me, Psychonauts is a must buy, so i got it, I Love it :D
Psychonauts, at first i thought, looks kinda childish, some friends told me, Psychonauts is a must buy, so i got it, I Love it :D
it gets boring over time, though. good concept but personally i think it has to be one of the lamest platformers to ever come out. nothing you do in it is really rewarding.
