MadWorld No More Heroes No More Heroes 2 (not out yet) Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition Tatsunoko vs. Capcom (not out yet) The Bit.Trip series (WiiWare) Metroid Prime Trilogy Muramasa: The Demon Blade House of the Dead: Overkill
Get Mario off of that list. There are a ton of games more deserving of your money that that cash cow. Only buy Brawl if you haven't gotten bored of Multiplayer in Melee. All the new features are crap that was slapped on to get people's attention. The story more is mindnumbingly awful and the stage builder is useless. And expect to hear the same song over and over and over and over...
Super mario galaxy was great
Super mario galaxy was great
I hated Super Mario Galaxy. It was the same stuff over and over. I'll admit it was fun, but only for about 3 levels, then it became repetitive and boring. I'd say, buy a Wii and homebrew hack it, then just get any games you want. Sadly, there aren't many good games. If I were you, i'd just buy a xbox live banned xbox that has already been flashed, they sell for about 60-80 GBP (Pounds). Well worth it in my opinion.
No more heroes- if you have a wii and don't have this, fuck you. Madworld- It's hilarious.
Super mario galaxy was great
No it wasn't. It was a boring linear adventure with no replay value, It's physics did very little to make it stand out against it's predecessors. You spent a ridiculous amount of time either flying on autopilot from place to place or running down narrow paths. Huge chunks of the level were often only available to explore in certain missions. The plot is about as detailed as an NES game and there was no drive to continue to the end. The levels did little to stand out, which was something it's predecessors were actually very good at doing. and Charles Martinet sounds like he's actually trying to annoy you. And the fact that they're making a direct sequel shows Nintendo isn't even trying anymore. They know the fans will buy anything with Mario plastered on it.
i don't even know what happened to nintendo. From their most amazing, most famous n64, to the shitty wii. I really wish they would pull themselves back up but i don't think it's gonna happen. They keep churning out shitty, generic games. I miss the n64 games, it was unique. Also, anno: Create a new world was quite good. Kept me entertained.
correctamundo!
I'm planing to buy Wii soon,so could you guys recommend me some good Wii games?
I Don't think the above is possible.
itt: wii haters and/or trolls
itt: wii haters and/or trolls
Your name is Nintendo guy. I've seen less obvious fanboys on Mario fansites. Seriously there's plenty of the stuff on the Wii that is okay but Mario games are just Nintendo taking your money so they can sell you what you just bought from them 5 minutes ago. Valve releases one sequel to Left 4 Dead and the get a boycott, Nintendo releases their 57th Mario game and are met with cheers and applause.

Even though there are some great games for Wii, I regret buying it because no developer takes advantage of it at all and only makes shitty minigame fests or stripped-down ports running at lowest possible graphics. If you want to make the same mistake go ahead. The only really good games imo were: Resident Evil 4 Silent Hill Shattered Memories Super Smash Bros. Brawl Zelda WarioWare Battalion Wars 2 Metroid Prime Trilogy Super Mario Galaxy (Bit too short though) No More Heroes
I bought a Wii hoping for awesome, sadly I didn't receive. The only game I really play on it is Guitar Hero 5, that I would have been much happier with provided I had it on any other console. No More Heroes and Madworld are the only 2 games on Wii I have even finished.
So is Wii worth 200 euros y/n?
Super mario galaxy
I'm thinking of buying this. How's it like? Is it good?
I'm thinking of buying this. How's it like? Is it good?
Well I really liked it. A score of 97/100 on metacritic. There's still quite a few who didn't like it
Metroid Prime Trilogy definitely!
Metroid Prime Trilogy definitely!
I can't even find that game where I live, they're always sold out. That's really annoying :frown: .
You should try Madworld. I found it really fun.
Buy a 360 don't be a fool
Ha ha, enjoy monthly RRoDs and paying for things that should be free like online play Also, OP, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. It is a great game and you need to play it.
house of the dead is really fun and pretty damn funny to
I really liked Okami. The brush sometimes doesn't work very well, but everything else is great.
No More Heroes is amazing, it has to be one of my favorite games from this console generation. Also, NMH 2 coming in 14 days! I can't guarantee it'll be amazing, but I expect it to be one of the best games I've played in months, if not longer.
Rune Factory Frontier, assuming you can take the terrible Runey system in the game. Aside from that, it's fantastic.
Super Mario Galaxy(playable for a while) Mario Kart Wii(my favorite Wii game) Super Smash Bros. Braw(extremely disappointing and not near as good as Melee, but it's decent) No More Heroes(awesome story and gameplay, but extremely clunky controls, camera, and massive slowdowns) Metroid Prime Trilogy(one of the best games on the Wii) The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess(can tend to get boring after repetitive parts though) Muramasa: The Demon Blade(pretty awesome. Not too much wong with it. Voices are in Japanese with subtitles though...) Eh, that's about it really. I hardly play it anymore. I only turn it on to use homebrew or play Gamecube games. Oh yeah, Monster Hunter Tri is coming out, which is pretty sweet.
Ha ha, enjoy monthly RRoDs and paying for things that should be free like online play Also, OP, Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. It is a great game and you need to play it.
Actually RRoD is close as a myth today,i don't get why are people still whining about RRoD. I have Jasper, and it runs great for a year now. I'll probably buy Wii,but what the hell do i need,Nunchaks or remote or both? Remote acts like joypad, right? It's annoying when they charge you with everything seperate,Wii wheel, which is plastic, costs around 10 euros.
When you get the Wii, you'll have a Wii Remote + Nunchunk for free. However the games i recommend as a user of the Wii are Wii Sports (comes packaged with the Wii) Resident Evil 4 Call of Duty 4 Modern Warfare: Reflex Edition Mario Kart Wii New Super Mario Bros. for Wii Bully: Scholarship edition Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles Also for Virtual Console Metal Slug 2 Earthworm Jim 1&2
The Wii is great fun with friends. REALLY great.
So i need to get 1 more remote and Nunchuk,ok. Can anyone tell me how the hell do you play Rockband on Wii? Also,if anyone can remember game for a Wii,where you are spider, and fighting against snakes and other creatures. It's something like deadly creatures or like that.Thought it was pretty good game.
Basically Nintendo make the good games.
Metal Slug Anthology.
