Zombine about farther away than the others was able to fling me 20 feet in the air, but The nade RIGHT at my feet didn't move me at all.
Who's brenda and what APC? You talking about that one section where you had to weigh stuff down on a container to break it?
There was no APC there and no "brenda" for me. As a matter of fact I couldn't figure out how to get past it, I broke the crate and it fell on top of one combine guy and a big empty space while an antlion just spazzed out on the wall as the other combine soldiers shot it constantly. I had to noclip past this section, couldn't figure out how to get by, even after re-starting several times over.
Ahahaha, your game glitched MASSIVELY.
This was absolutely amazing, it's a pity that it was that short.

Read the clipboard on the antlion's cage at the beginning.

VALVe recognition, motherfuckers.
Hah yeah, I saw that too, I was extremely happy for them!
I beat the entire game without looking at a guide or hints of any sort. :D
I beat the entire game without looking at a guide or hints of any sort. :D
I only had to do cheat once. :(
Alright, I just beat this thing a minute ago, and I loved it. The puzzles were well designed, not way too hard, but not very easy either. The action sequences weren't just stereotypical "shoot this, go to next room, shoot that" phases, but rather "this thing is trying to kill you, figure out a way to kill it back using your surroundings and shit. Also a fucking badass car type thing."
So yeah, this was pretty fucking fun.
Do you need hl2 or you can run it with any source game?
Hl2 ep2.

That was actually how I came across this mod.
Glad I did, too. :D
This was, without a doubt, the best singleplayer Half Life 2 Mod i have ever played.
This is a really great mod. Just beat it, really great puzzles and epicness.
This mod was really fun. Very clever. I like how you have to think of how things would work in real life, rather than on Source. The generator, for instance.
I didn't like the cat part because my first and only cat died that same day. Fell off the window.
Why are you people rating me funny?
It's awesome.
It's quite an awesome mod, felt a bit like Portal. I loved the part where you get the gravgun. Awesome scientific machine to play with :v:
I loved the bit with the microwave, that was great.
I only had to look for the ent_fire ui disable thing that lord ned posted.
Mostly because mr whirly glitched everytime in the antlion pit.
I kept "overthinking" puzzles too. But was pretty cool.
I just finished this and I swear to god this is better than Half Life 2.

The best part for me about that is that all I did was just get caught by the Barnacle again, then Mr. Whirly started working!
I see everyone talking about [sp]an evil gnome, where is it? I don't remember it from my playthrough.[/sp].
After you get past the Microwaves and see the Combine taking on the Zombies, [sp]go to the Healthpak sitting on the crate, turn left and there's yer gnome.[/sp]

Awesome, thank you. [sp]I was scared with anticipation when I approached it and almost shat myself when it... activated. :tinfoil:[/sp].

I can still hear it taunting me...
hehe... haha, HAHA,HAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAA
:ohdear:
At first I didnt see what was all the craze about this mod. Then I fucking played it and it was fantastic. My favorite part was where you could send out a zombie to kill all the other ones.
How the hell do I pass the part where the first antlion dies from the combine apc and I have to get to the door from the stairs. Even if the combine apc does not shoot me I always hear a thud noise and for some reason I die.

Find a way to crush the APC.
Yeah, this is by far the best Single Player sourcemod I've ever played.
This.
If you guys liked this, Minerva: metastasis is also really good. Research and Development and Minerva are my two favorite mods. Also Gmod, of course.
