If you've bought infdev and have played it at least once then there should be a minecraft_infdev in there.
Have you downloaded some client that you can play minecraft illegally with?

There should be a minecraft_infdev there if you have run infdev at least once
Are you in "www.minecraft.net" or just "minecraft.net"? There's a difference. the folder is called Minecraft_Infdev. If you play on a client it should still be there despite certain accusations.
Also, it's not illegal to use the client because you're still required to log in to your own account to play. Read the first post.
