My dad bought it back then when I was pretty young. We played together but after a while I was so scared of the game, all the strange creatures and the weird setting.

The topmost one says Munch's Oddysee not Abe's Oddysee, so it makes perfect sense.

Stranger's Wrath takes place on the North-Western part of Muddos, near the M on the map.
I just thought I'd tell people about the [url=http://oddworldlibrary.net/]Oddworld Library[/url], a wiki all about Oddworld which gathers all the news and info about Oddworld. They also keep a [url=http://oddworldlibrary.net/blog/]blog[/url] and a [url=http://twitter.com/#!/OddBlog]Twitter[/url] keeping up with Oddworld Inhabitants, Just Add Water and Lorne Lanning and anyone else with news. It's pretty handy.
Abe's Oddysee was one of the first games I've ever played along with Grand Theft Auto 2.

My brother said Elboze Freely was really hard to capture alive so I was bracing myself for a challange, but he was pretty damn easy.
Elboze is easy if you stay above him and use zapflies and thudslugs on his back. Jo Mamma is harder to capture because of all the respawning enemies that shoot you off the ropes.

Apparently my brother had some trouble with him. I don't see how though. Unless he jumped down and tried to fight him.
I would pay all money for people to make Mudkon-Pops(popsicles shaped like the abe head logos) and Soulstorm Brew(A light, apple-flavoured glassbottled carbonated drink shaped just like the game's bottles)
Sheerly so i could throw out my old style glass coke bottles and replace them with soulstorm brew ones.
This reminds you of how much harder games were before.
Also, it's horrendous how underrated Stranger's Wrath is.

Don't think it has been posted earlier, or how many people know about this: But JAW (Just Add Water) have teamed up with OWI and are developing a full HD release of Abe's Oddysee and are also working on 4 other Oddworld related titles.
Including a remastered edition of Stranger's Wrath with more sexier looking models (polygon? wise) which is set to be released for the PS3.

The HD Stranger's Wrath for PC and PS3 is not part of the 4 titles they're working on, though they are working on it, it just doesn't count.

PC won't be getting as good quality as the PS3 Stranger HD they said.
And it's doubtful any of the Abe HD remakes will be released this year, they only recently just announced all this

They announced that all 4 Oddworld projects are to be released this year. I miss read a blog post, Abe HD is next year and isn't one of the projects but Stranger HD is.
Munch's oddysee is fucking annoying. I'm on that bit where you have to get into splinters(No Muds Land) and all there is is just fucking sligs and mines. WHY DO THE MINES RESPAWN?
