Making a sequel EVERY FUCKING YEAR is milking the game, what HL2 and other actually [I]good[/I] games are doing is not milking. Look what Activision has done to GH, there is a new one every couple of months now, the same is bound to happen to coD at some point as Kotick is such a money grabbing asshat that he would force his workforce to produce these games 24/7 with no thought of the consumers.

no offense but you are so fucking biased it's amazing. hl2 doesn't have a sequel every year? are you dense? half-life 2 in 2004, episode one in 2006, and episode two in 2007. you're saying it's excused from "milking" because it's good. well gee you're not biased at all! yeah, i thought both modern warfares were great so therefore they're not milking it, using your logic. i don't see what a publisher has anything to do with "milking" franchises. it's up to the developer in that respect.

Yeah, I enjoyed the single player greatly. Since Modern Warfare 1 I have hated the multiplayer in call of duty.
CoD games are really good in my opinion but only worth renting because you only need it for a day or so to finish singleplayer

They have so many options to work with in a jungle/delta setting....booby traps, river patrols, the Tet Offensive, claustrophobic undergrowth etc..
No, really, think about it. Infinity Ward makes games with incredible setpieces and atmosphere, and Vietnam was a chaotic hopeless battle that caused unspeakable horrors to thousands of people. The potential for storytelling and creating an atmosphere is incredible.

Yeah I agree that IW is milking this game like GH (which sucks now)... It almost seems like the only thing they care about is getting money from the billions of fanboys.
I think they should so something completely different and make a cod game set in the future.
But i think they should let the Mw2 cauldron bubble for as long as possible before htye even think about making the next one. It's getting to the point where by they don't have enough time to finish ad game properly before they make the next.
