It IS The Sims 2.
Now all they need to do is make a whole town and it would be a very good RP Game.

The money you make as a waitress you can spend later as a costumer.

Those join commands don't work, even though the servers are currently down. Something about not working with a space in Program Files and then not knowing what ProgramFiles is.

Guys, when the game starts people don't usually do this but you can pick up the check on the table you see in the tutorial and bring it to the register and get money as waitress or customer. Not only in the tutorial, but in the actual game too. Everyone just says "Fuck You" too me when I tell them though, and then they try to cyber me.
Oh and JJman123123, I look up you're ID on Steam and I can't find anything?

How to install?
You don't, you just DL it, and place the folder somewhere.
ANYWHERE. And then click on the TheRestaurant inside the folder.
It works like a standalone game.

Download winrar and extract the folder from the rar file.
You won't be able to play on any servers until Lego puts them back up. Download the original if you want to play online.

This is made on Torque - I know a little about about torque but not much. All the scripts run on .cs files, Torque script is similar to C++. The model files are .dts files, .dif files for interiors (aka the actual restaurant) and .ter for the actual maps.
I've made a few .dts files before, you can do it using a 3D modelling program like Blender and an exporter, blah blah etc.
Yeah, I noticed it was made in Torque when I seen the loading screens. Blockland ftw.
