I know they where remade on the GBA, but they weren't as fun as the originals.
I always thought it would be cool if nintendo made an online arcade, where you pay a subscription, and you get to play all the old classics in-browser, with a sort of friends system, which allows you to link to others to play multiplayer games, and with full server side save game support (like steam cloud).
Idea + the early Pokemon games in HD = totally fucking epic.

I`d like to see how this looks with modern day graphics.
Maybe a bit modernized level design ,ai and such but keep it so that it would still make you nostalgia

not exactly ultra graphics, I used to work on that mod, but quit due to shortage of time.
I'd like to see the GTA series made into third person shooters. I like the idea of GTA, but I don't like the controls, the graphics, etc.

I grew up on this game series (mostly UT99), and I would LOVE an original Unreal remake.

There was a small group of people doing a high-res pack for it, but they abandoned the project about two years ago.

Yeah, definitely Shadow of the Colossus and Age of Empires. Maybe a few adjustments to AoE, because it's a bit clunky, but I love that game to death.
Evil Genius already looks really good. Besides, there's not much to improve without ruining the theme and feel, kind of like how if you took away TF2's cartoony feel.

AVP 2 with the Gameplay and Graphics of the latest AVP would be great. the latest AVP was severely lacking in Plot but had good gameplay and graphics. AVP 2 is dated on both of those accounts but had great plot. combine the best of both worlds and we'd have a bestseller.

There are rumours that they're remaking this game and a couple of other games from the same people in glorious HD.
If they made the SotC remake PS3 exclusive, I would have to buy one.
