Playstation Battle Royale - Did Parappa just kill Kratos?

If they don't have Crash Bandicoot then I won't even consider playing the game. Crash Bandicoot was practically the PS1 mascot. To not include him would be a big fuck you to what introduced me to Playstation

Activision killed Crash, I doubt we'll get Classic Crash or Classic Spyro the Dragon.

Nippon Ichi should totally get a representative, for all of the exclusives they have for the Playstation systems, from PS2 to PS3 to PSP and Vita.

A Prinny(Or Hero Prinny to narrow it down a bit) would be awesome as Nippon Ichi's representative. Since Prinny is pretty much the de facto mascot of the company.

This seems really interesting. I hope it's not a direct clone of SSB but with sony stuff. It'll probably be pretty fun anyways. The bit with the little big planet background is definitely clever.

Totally bumping this as there's a beta out now for Playstation + members and Vita owners. It'll be open to the public next tuesday for normal PS3 users as well.

The Beta itself is surprisingly great, I played it on my vita for the past few hours and it's really really addicting and despite it's smash bros surface it feels totally different. Number one complaint though are some of the characters being easy to get mixed up with. If I play as Radec and there's another one there's a good chance at some point I'm going to get mixed up as they colors aren't different enough to tell apart on the Vita's screen.

Also man I need to update the OP, will get on that right away.

Edit: OP looks a bit better, totally rewrote it so hope I'm not missing anything

And Kratos is OP, needs to be nerfed ASAP.

He has the speed, the power, the Square grab attack, and his meter builds too fast to be fair.

My matches consist of me/Radec VS 3 Kratos usually.

I usually have me (Parappa) vs Kratos vs Radec vs ???? (can be another parappa, radec, or anyone else)

Ever sense I "got" Parappa I've been winning a whole lot, I beat a team of 3 Kratos's and one of them screamed "U RAPPIN SHIT" v:v:v

Edit: Shit, forgot the Vita's mic is on by default so was subjecting people to Mario 2's character select theme for a match. One guy got super pissed at it, and another responded with "For what it's worth, I like it" :v:

Apparently it's cross buy so if you buy it for PS3 you get a free downloadable copy for vita.
