And also because obviously, TF2's skins work in Garrysmod, you can port them as props. But i would rather have the models from heroes, since he's more like porting them, and the weapons would need a lot of modeling work.

Not as much as you think. I made Bloodseeker's blades as well as most other Dota 2 weapons in one day. It depends on my mental state and degree of inspiration (and fatigue).
Also tonight I finally made my parents watch Star Wars (Episode 4) so I'm reporting Tide at tomorrow.
