While I don't really know if the kings are susceptible to bleed, considering I was using that sword and before that I tried the bandit's knife, I would say no - I could never inflict bleed damage anyways.
So I thought I'd end a fight early by kicking a dude off the edge

Yay, finally made an SL20 sunbro. Gonna go two-hand a black knight greataxe because it looks so badass.
Saved a partner with it yesterday night, and killed two ganking darkwraiths in one hit.
Feels good man.

I HEAR YOUR HEART BEAT

OH WHAT A SHAME THAT YOU
CAME HERE WITH SOMEONE
SO WHILE YOU'RE HERE IN MY AHH-ARMS
LET'S MAKE THE MOST OF THE NIGHT
LIKE WE'RE GONNA DIE YOUNG
Yeah, I listen to that when I play PvP. It's even more demeaning when I win.
Pity this place is so far out of the way.

I love this game, but I feel the community of it in some ways has ruined online portions of it.
Specifically, the meta gamers.
You see, my characters have always been made and played like the game intended. I set my stats based on what I felt would help most, I acquired my armor and weapons through exploration , I loosely developed my character based on my playstyle, and through my trial and error I've lost more souls than I can count. I may not have the best designed character, but I worked hard for it and I'm proud of it.
Now I have nothing against the invasion system, let me put this out of the way first. It's a cool idea with a crapton of potential that can really add life to a world of npcs. I have invaded and been invaded a pretty good amount of times, it's a part of the game and I understand that.
My qualm with it has less to do with the system and more with certain parts of the community. It simply isn't fun being put up against a character whose whole design down to the very stats is to kill other players. It's complete bullshit that some people consider this acceptable and fair. There really is no justification in abusing the system to develop characters who normal players have no hope of defeating.
Instead of the system being used to create unique scenarios against players, it's been used as an overly meta pvp match system that goes against the whole spirit of the games online portion.
I take less issue with people making builds for PvP and more with the fact that they like to use gimmicks to do it. Stuff like pursuers for example.

Luckily I missed the backflipping Havel's faggots though.

Why would you do this to yourself.

The spirit of the online portion is risk vs reward. You risk being invaded for the reward of being able to summon bros and look pretty. You're opening yourself up to being invaded and that can be a small risk or a big risk depending on who invades you. You might get invaded by a total newbie and crush them and take their souls, rewarding you. You might get invaded by a min/maxed dickwraith who has trained for the day he would meet and crush you. It's gambling, you can't complain if you sign up for a gamble and lose.
Invading works on a similar system, invading can be dangerous for invaders. You might be an SL30 dickwraith ganking in blight town but then you accidentally invade an SL100 player on NG+ who you have absolutely no chance against.

I think the biggest problem with this comes that you unlock the best items later on after you've already spent the majority of your skill points, so if you don't plan ahead you end up with a bunch of stuff you want to use, but can't.

Eat green grass
To attack you may only roll and you must roll a minimum of 3 times in a straight line, but you are allowed to curve slightly.
You could also swap out cloranthy for the ninja flip.

Which is why I feel no remorse using dark magic~

Being unfair is no excuse for it not being fun or accessible. It no excuse to power game and soil the expirience for others.
People seem to forget that co op is a major aspect of the game. When you allow yourself to summon you open yourself up to being invaded, which is a perfectly fine system. It's intended to create scenarios with similar players that would really add a challenge to the game. It was meant to be tough but satisfying. Getting invaded and being curbstomped by a power gamer you couldn't even hope to match is in no way fun.

Invading is also a major aspect of the game, both coincide for a reason. If you really can't take out a darkwraith with 2 other people, they are most likely hacking or you guys are really just that bad.

3v1 is the most fun you can have as a Darkwraith

Well if you can't even take out the Dickrape, then you're doing something wrong.
Unless if he has 32482490414 poise, you can all just gangrape him at the same time.
Invading has sure lost its fun after you invade nothing but New Game+ dudes from Japan.
Which is why I feel no remorse using dark magic~
there's a difference between unfair and unbalanced though
you should feel remorse

That's the real secret, though. Unless you get me into a corner and bodyblock me, I WILL get out and get away. And I will wait. And I will watch. I may not have two friends. But what I do have are a very particular set of skills; skills I have acquired over a very long career. Skills that make me a nightmare for people like you. If you get rid of your phantoms, that'll be the end of it. I will not look for you, I will not pursue you. But if you don't, I will look for you, I will find you, and I will kill you.

Don't tell them my secrets too, dick
Invaded a forest ganker who had a twinked out sunbro. He spammed magic while his sunbro GS'd my ass.
I equipped my hornet ring and power within.
Delicious souls.
But unbalanced is unfair!
For the wrong reasons and you should still feel badddddd.
I've only be shotgunned like that once and I already think it's complete bullshit
but it's so goddamn fun
[editline]15th November 2012[/editline]
it's no different than being shot in the face with a Crystal Soul Spear, really. If you see someone with a catalyst out and alarm bells don't go off INSTANTLY, shame on you. You deserve it.

Incapable of rolling forward the video.
hm
in an SL1 run, when do you equip the RoFaP
normally I'd think to do it pretty much immediately but what about 4k (arty ring + red tearstone(?)) or running through the blighttown swamp (iron ring + poison cursebite)
i'm so confused
