I've been flung into the air enough times to know.

Huh. I've never seen a Black (or silver, for that matter) Knight wield anything two handed. But then again I'm only to Anor Londo on my first playthrough, so I haven't seen everything. The guide focuses on making things as easy as possible but I always provide a range of options so you can choose how easy or hard you want any particular part to be.
