Anything you can do with your excess equipment?
If you bought the bottomless box from the Undead Merchant in the Undead Burg you can store them in there at the bonfire.
Anything you can do with your excess equipment?
Put it in the bottomless box and hold onto it, you'll get some use out of all the vendor trash you're picking up later on.
Well, I have Demon's Souls now. Time to die like a bitch all over again!
I like having at least two of every weapon, if only for fun reasons. Armor however is fucking annoying because you have to drop four items every time you pick up duplicates.
I've not found a way to sell off anything I pick up, then again I've yet to pass the first boss outside the Undead Asylum.
I've not found a way to sell off anything I pick up, then again I've yet to pass the first boss outside the Undead Asylum.
you get to sell stuff after you ring both bells
you get to sell stuff after you ring both bells
Oh, that's not the end goal of the game? Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
Well, I have Demon's Souls now. Time to die like a bitch all over again!
And again, and again, and again.... mostly due to this guy. [IMG_thumb]http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-wzx2iLaRW88/T5K6rNyGKUI/AAAAAAAAAgo/HIjyYT3mT5E/s1600/Maneater.png[/IMG_thumb]
Oh, that's not the end goal of the game? Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
Ringing both bells only proves that you are destined to be the chosen one. You have tons more to do after that.
Oh, that's not the end goal of the game? Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
awh i remember when i thought that ringing the bells was the whole point of the game and now i know this game like the back of my shaft
Ringing both bells is when the game starts
Ringing both bells is when the game starts
But the Taurous Demon is too difficult and/or I'm underleveled. Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
But the Taurous Demon is too difficult and/or I'm underleveled. Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
theres a certain feature of the game used to get to high places that the taurus demon is very weak to
theres a certain feature of the game used to get to high places that the taurus demon is very weak to
Not to be mean but does anyone else think this is a hilariously bad attempt at giving vague advice? Discoinferno, you can gain a strategic advantage against the Taurus demon, look around a bit. Over-all the Taurus is designed to teach you how bosses work for the most part. Pay attention to what he does, when the best time to strike is. As far as using crossbows, same thing. Pay attention to what he does. You need to maximize the amount of time you have to fire.

Try to get the drop on him.
Weakness: Baiting
I really struggle with the controls of this game.
Try to get the drop on him.
Try jumping
I really struggle with the controls of this game.
Play it for as long as we have and swinging that zweihander will come more naturally to you than walking. The controls age like wine.
But the Taurous Demon is too difficult and/or I'm underleveled. Also, how do you make effective use of crossbows?
Learning to dodge roll correctly is a very important skill to have. I'm not sure if you know this, but there are certain frames during the rolling animation where you cannot be hit. Knowing when to time a roll will save you your life. Also, the Taurus Demon's attacks can usually be blocked. Crossbows are very ineffective, seeing as though you cannot move while rechambering a new bolt. I'd recommend using a bow and arrow until you get to the Duke's Archives. Hidden inside, there is a crosbow that shoots three bolts one after the other before needing to be reloaded.

Also, don't get the wrong impression, that crossbow fires all three at the same time.
