Turns out I got invaded while I was afk and the person decided not to kill me but to leave a ring of prism stones around me and return home. My respect goes out to whoever it was.

I feel like making a Sunbro from scratch... the real question is, how should I do it? I'm thinking maybe going full Oscar of Astora. Astora's Sword + Crest Shield + Elite Set...then I can use WotG and Great Heal. So I won't instakill bosses, but I'll be useful against invaders. Also, is that the covenant from the dude after the gargoyles, where you invade players that are on his list thing?

This guy is a Darkwraith, you invade anybody as a darkwraith, not just people with sin. Darkmoons invade people with sin, and you can join that later in the game.

And that covenant is called the Darkmoons and he is not one of them, you can tell because when you invade someone as a Darkmoon your phantom is blue, not red as it is with a traditional Dark Wraith invasion. goddamn ninja

Invaded this guy in duke's like 7 times in a row who just camped in a corner with a spear and pursuers and was dug in there like a tick. I got fed up after the 7th time being defeated by him and picked up acid surge and melted all his equipment. He ended up running away from me defenseless while I lobbed fireballs at him. :v:
