It's probably because the game is incredibly rewarding and satisfying. That's what keeps me coming back.

Question: which area is best for being summoned at sl 25-30? I've been trying to get summoned for HOURS and it only happened like twice. Trying to help with Gargoyles and the Capra Demon.

So if you get summoned/summon a player, then its coop and not pvp? I wish I had gotten this game when it came out, I'm loving every minute of it.

Guys, why does everyone claim that the bandit knife is better for backstabs? The crit rate might be the highest, but when it comes to actual backstabbing the rapier has a lower crit rate but higher damage, so its more useful for backstabs. I tried it myself by comparing the two weapons. If you're going for a backstabbing build, just use a rapier.

Do you guys play with a xbox controller? I don't have one and I am thinking about buying this game.

Is there a smith in Anor Londo and does he reinforce up to +10 at least? Need a place to upgrade weapons, and I don't want to go all the way back to Andre.

The giant blacksmith in Anor Londo only reinforces normal weapons to +5.

Started a new character because I've been wanting to, killed Undead Merchant to get Uchigatana and managed to killed Taurus on my first try without taking any damage at all.

Uchigatana with pine resin would absolutely decimate the Taurus Demon. I forget if it's enchantable or not but hoo boy if it is.

Also I feel so bad for killing that giant Wolf, jesus it's limping towards me with it's sword and I shoot an arrow into it's head.

So before proceeding in Anor Londo I should return to Andre the Blacksmith and reinforce my weapons to +10? Is there a shortcut through Sen's Fortress (like the previous shortcuts), I don't really want to go through all of those traps again.

I got so use to the controls im already done killing the iron giant easily.
