It is, was incredibly useful for me at the beginning of the game for the bosses. Also I feel so bad for killing that giant Wolf, jesus it's limping towards me with it's sword and I shoot an arrow into it's head.
It's even worse if you complete the DLC before that boss fight
man, you guys are so awesome, thanks for helping me on this tough journey [editline]1st January 2013[/editline] [t]http://cloud.steampowered.com/ugc/577851238109995168/5B4EA2CA76B6CFDF0F1D1A8417E5AF3CC60DAE28/[/t]
Alright, I think I would not be able to assist you because of my level being too high. If you can't beat the bell gargoyles, you could try to challenge the capra demon. If you opened the gate between the undead burg and the undead church, you should have picked up the key you need to open that door on the other side of the hellkite dragon bridge, where you met Solaire. There's also some humanity down there, so you could try to get it and summon people to help you then.
illusory walls are taken down by just attacking them. whoever placed that sign there is just fucking with people, there's nothing there. also, someone may correct me on this, but i believe that the shield you are using is pretty shit because you can get a tower kite shield or caduceus kite shield (identical, just different design) from the blacksmith, and it's better in every way including weight.
Well the shield is free.
I'm at SL46 with a +10 Iaito, am I ready to take on the Painted World yet? Want to clear that before continuing through Anor Londo.
Solaire is such a boss, he beats other bosses. [t]http://cloud-2.steampowered.com/ugc/577851238110486392/D69C34DAFD696B09A075AB5B451D1E5953AC8BD1/[/t]

As a new player, the Hydra was fucking horrifying looking. And then I realized he's ridiculously easy. I also want to make children with this Halberd.
Solaire was really awful at the vagina dragon boss fight, though.
As I said, all he did for me was run up and get eaten. Quality.
I have no idea what I'm doing wrong, but whenever I start a new game, I immediately fall through the map for about 10 seconds then die and so I haven't even been able to start playing yet. This was after trying to install dsfix and the 60fps fix. :suicide:

Try turning the FPS fix off or lower it to like 45 frames. The higher the frame limit cap is the wonkier the game becomes, making you clip through the ground and stuff.

Does Cheat Engine gimp the game in any way? I ran it earlier to change my appearance and now whenever I'm fighting Four Kings; they're spawning every 20 seconds and are buffed beyond relief, practically one shotting me alongside their individual 3k+ HP bar on NG. Is this an anti-cheat mechanic or did I glitch my game somehow? Oh, karma.
What halberd should I apply lightning to? Going up against Oreo and Smore's

Every time i think im done exploring a new area, there is more to explore lol. Also how to i play co-op with my friends? Also is it essential to join a covenant? if so which one is in the direction for a thief?
Yesterday when i was trying to help one friend with the gargoyles on the chapel, he got invaded [T]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-12-30_000034.jpg[/T] THE CHRISTMAS DARK SPIRIT [T]http://filesmelt.com/dl/2012-12-30_000044.jpg[/T] He/She dropped me some Titanite and for my friend too. I dropped 5 cracked red eye orbs for her/him, left me 1. The game crashed for my friend because of the lag from the glowing lights though...
What a nice person he was. It was like Christmas all over again. Then he left afterwards. So I invaded some guy in the Forest and, out of respect, let him finish killing the Rogue NPC. After he was done, I gestured with a WELL? WHAT IS IT? and while I am in the middle of that, he runs up and uses Chaos Flame. So he starts hitting me with his Lightning Uchigatana and I just start swinging. He was wearing the same armor as I was (Stone Armor) so he was not stumbling one bit. But I just hit the fucker three times and he falls. I win. the feeling after you successfully finish jolly co-operation against a boss and your phantom fades out as you're doing the Hurrah! gesture it is a good feeling
The game is full of good feelings, but it definitely makes you earn them. Like when you get a really cool armour set and just stand there for a second and look and think "Damn that's cool" Like this when I was waiting to be summoned because I was bored: [t]https://dl.dropbox.com/u/10565588/Game%20pictures/DATA%202013-01-01%2003-33-13-86.png[/t]
Is there a direct way to summon friends, or do I have to just try to find their sign somewhere? Blighttown is a whole new level of nope.
Anyone want to coop and be silly and do silly things?
Anyone want to coop and be silly and do silly things?
What SL are you? Because if you are within range of 52, sure :v:
Forgot to say, oop. SL17 :v:
I'm SL30 and I have no idea what to do now after I killed the [sp]moonlight butterfly[/sp] boss. [editline]1st January 2013[/editline] Any help? Or somebody that needs help?
I'm SL30 and I have no idea what to do now after I killed the [sp]moonlight butterfly[/sp] boss. [editline]1st January 2013[/editline] Any help? You can open it with the key you found in front of the church.
I really wish I could erase all my memories of this game and experience it again.
Is 44 a good co-op level for the second bonfire at Anor Londo?
