Has anyone here ever "traded" anything in this game? If you did, how did you do it? Summon, dropping stuff, leaving by using that one item (Whatever it's called)?

I'm at the part with the Hellkite Dragon on the big bridge. I couldn't run by him after several tries so I looked it up and saw the way around. So I did that, but the dragon was still there. Any ideas?

If you want to see what's on the other side of the bridge, you can hit him with an arrow to make him fly towards you. Then just sprint towards the other side.

So, I just bought this, got DSfix and the mouse thing in the OP, all on the default values, AA and blur off in the in-game settings, but my HUD keeps vanishing and I have to restart the game to get it back, anyone know anything I can try to fix it?

You might just be pressing the toggle button for the HUD. I think the default button is Backspace.

It is what fixed it for me.

Welp just got through blight town. Ran past the boulder guys after wasting half my estus and lightning :( Blight town actually was kinda cool I thought. It wasn't that bad at all, but I'm the kind of DS player who likes to walk on occasion so me walking through all of blight town wasn't so bad as I never fell off once. Thought about going back and doing the shortcut through the drake valley, which I found earlier in the game but didn't end up doing it. Worst part about it were the damn toxic blow darts, but those guys dont respawn at least and often drop the thing that you need to cure toxins. The swamps weren't so bad either but I did get the rusted ring. Still though it seemed like the swamps at the bottom weren't even that big of an area. I did find some kind of secret entrance to something called the great hollow. That place was pretty cool, not much enemies either - basically climbing down a large twisting mass of branches in a huge tree trunk. I saved at the bonfire on top so I could just homeward bone back up. At the very bottom was this really fucking cool place called Ash lake... felt like I was in another world. There was this hydra-like demon in the water, probably some boss for later in the game. I didn't dare step onto the beach. I really wanna look up more information about that area but I don't want to spoil anything plus still gotta beat blighttown boss.

I'm pretty sure the ONLY black knight I fight before the Kiln is the one by the grass crest shield, every other one is skippable.
