Dark Souls: Prepare to Die Edition(360,PS3,PC)v3 - Dark Magic is perfectly balanced - Games

What would be a quick STR based weapon to use? Trying to think of builds here. I think i might experiment with the Golem Axe for PVP.

What armor and ring combos do you guys recommend for SL1? Just finished Gargoyles

anything that looks cool and keeps you fast, pretty much in a SL1 game you should be more focused on not getting hit anyway, so you can swag up

My dex/int character is going well so far. Just entered the depths and got the large ember. Quick question for you guys though. I've never used magic/enchanted weapons before, and since my dex and int are going to be equal for this character, would it be better for me to just go the normal upgrade route with my weapons, or should I upgrade them to magic/enchanted?

Currently I'm using a rapier and I have an estoc, but it isn't upgraded yet. My first character was a strength build, so I'm pretty clueless when it comes to dex weapons. Any recommendations?

If you use magic/enchanted weapons, you can't buff them. Make one and use it as backup once the buff runs out. Or use Velka's rapier because it's awesome and scales with dex/int.

Hi, i'm completely new to this game. Bought it for 20 eu on Steam. I know about the issues the game has like fps lock and resolution problems. I did download the dsfix. But in the readme it says that you may get banned from GFWL for unlocking the FPS-Lock. Is that true?

Katanas are good for Bleed, Rapiers and Spears are good for long range pokes. Curved Swords are good for DPS with a buff. I'd say a Rapier/Estoc. Going to start DC'ing from invaders that use cheap shit like lightning iato with some uber ring combo in lower/mid level areas. I'm sorry this isn't PvP its just straight trolling. Not to mention half of said people also don't take damage from me (lag shield and/or hack). I'll gladly deal with invaders honorably when they don't use cheap builds and actually duel. Or if I'm at least in late game zones with late game players, because then its an actual even playing field.

If you are not in either of those areas, then don't expect a honorable duel. That's how i see it.

Actually I think the burg cap is ~100 now.

I only rated dumb since everyone who has invaded my game were using an invincibility hack which is annoying as fuck.

I can't think of a single place (except MAYBE the depths) that doesn't have a suitably large bridge/cliff/hole.
