Hey, nice soul count.
Thanks. Massive level up time soon.
yeah so what exactly am i supposed to ascend to +10 if i want to make it into smough's sledge
so a morning star isn't good enough despite that it's a strike weapon which is what i apparently need to make smough's hammer
the morning star does thrust damage is the problem
you know, because of all those pointy bits
Try a large club.

Are you sure you're at the right blacksmith?
Andre can't ascend using boss souls. Only the Giant Blacksmith can.

According to the wiki a Morning Star will work, so if you're at the Giant Blacksmith then idk what to tell you.
Hey cool, it's Zora Link.

That is, the TP armor, not the Majora's Mask version

yeah neither the large club or the morning star will work
i'm at the giant blacksmith and i do, infact, have smough's soul
Just rang the bell in the church for the first time. Gargoyles were pretty darn easy.

try a regular club
you're aware that every time i do this i have to buy a bunch of titanite
ok h/o
Sick of these dang-ass dark souls-ass firebomb-ass pop out of the closet and go boo!-ass hollow men.
Oh god damn I've beaten you before Quelag, why are you so hard now?
She's such a motherfucker.
Do you get shield equipment bonus when you have it equipped but aren't using it in your left hand?
Side note, should i keep farming gargoyle for drops?
I just did the most retarded thing ever. Right after the fog wall to the four kings, instead of going down the stairs and jump, I decided to jump from the top. I fell down, landed on a small "platform" and died.

Mildred was absolutely useless for me. The one case in which a summon didn't make things easier.il

She's a meat shield that buys you a bit of time to attack Quelaag before she turns your attention to you. If you keep her alive the entire fight she's useful for a few quite damaging blows and for distracting Quelaag while you go in for attacks.
This is the second time I've killed Solaire. I only cried for 30 min this time
Kellogs is a an easy fight overall if you just keep rolling backwards until spider head starts spitting lava
It did bug the other day though and I walked into invisible lava and died
gg
Any suggestions on how to get past these two fuckers?

I managed to get up to the wall, kick one of them down but then I always get shot down be the other one...
What I did was get a ring of fog and hid behind one of the walls, sniping the other one first and then the second one.

Took a while but it was worth it.

Use poison arrows, that's what I do at least.

no really i'm telling you
just take off all your armor except one sword or s/t and literally run past the sentinels and the imps and then lure the right-side sniper to attack you with sword so he falls off and then run past his post
it takes way less time and it's also hilarious to boot
he takes a step forward, swipes at you, and just falls out without a word

My current character, armor doesn't look too good but it's the best poise I can currently get while staying under 25%.
use the wolf ring then
Seriously, what's up with every single person I invade using black magic?
Seriously, what's up with every single person I invade using black magic?
Some guy invaded me today, he spammed his stupid black magic shit on me like hell. Though managed to kill him after half an hour of doding.
He sent me message later calling me a hacker for actually not dieing instantly. :v:
Is it wrong that I want to reroll my stats and start a new character? I'm not finished with the game yet, but it seems to be brimming with different opportunity, and each restart I can finish faster and faster. Anyone else putting off finishing the game with their restarts and playing around with builds instead?

I'm quite a noob at pvp, I can dodge the attacks fine, but I always rush in too fast and die. I need to find better openings to attack.
Any sunbros hanging around Artorias? PC edition

I JUST leveled up from level 73 to 100 after doing a bunch of co-op for artorias and kalameet, otherwise I would have offered my salty services
