There are so many people who use the cheat engine and invade in the undead parish. Doesn't it just get boring after a while invading people who can't even do anything against you? [editline]17th November 2012[/editline] There's so many with black knight armor and black iron armor, it's ridiculous.

The trick is to use bows 100% of the time and get headshots to stagger trash, otherwise you'll be mobbed and killed to death. SL1 runs are always more entertaining. Do like I'm doing and use the Pendant for maximum awesome. If you want I can give you a quick rundown on your path from Firelink to the Lordvessel as a Onebro.

Go back to Parish, upgrade further, take Parish to Basin to Valley of Drakes to Blighttown. Grab Seeker gear (for swag purposes) and the key to the new londo gate. go to quelaag (poison cursebite + iron ring = no poison damage), upgrade the fuck out of your pyro hand. go to sen's, kill everything. don't bother with the lightning spear, you can't use it. Talk to the Crestfallen Merchant and buy green blossoms and a Balder Shield (you will get this to +15 asap). go to anor londo, talk to the blacksmith, open all shortcuts, kill biggie smalls, acquire lordvessel. then it's just go wherever. i tend to go to Bed of Chaos first, and this is why. Get enough humanity to open the shortcut. Get the large fire ember (by firesage entrance). this will be used for fun club times. go into lost izalith, grab sunlight maggot, grab red slab, kill BoC quickly. then go to catacombs, upgrade to +10 fire reinforced club, proceed to destroy everything ever. then go wherever you want, it doesn't matter. so in the end you want: +15 Balder Shield +10 Fire Reinforced Club +5 Lightning Hand Axe Asc. Pyro Hand +5 Crown of Dusk/mask of sealer for swag purposes bellowing dragoncrest RoFaP Cloranthy ring Hornet ring and then you can do NG+ really easily. the hardest part is collecting shit.

Can't get Cursebite from Oswald, it's in New Londo. Maybe you're thinking the Poisonbite, it's available from Oswald and helps in Blighttown.

I need Slabs right now really bad.[/QUOTE] You don't [I]need[/I] slabs, the difference between +14 and +15 isn't that significant and squeezing a few extra points out of your gear doesn't help. All of my gear there is unique except for the BSS and really, it could be far more optimised. In fact using mugenmonkey I could squeeze a good 52 extra defence if I went Giantdad-mode, but I prefer to not get hit and have something that's aesthetic.

Just fought the fucking armoured spider for the first time in Demon's Souls, managed to get used to it's attacks fairly quickly and got it to 1/10th of it's hp before it slammed me twice :(

Holy fuck. Are you guys actually discussing gameplay?! Now I have to get this. I know, it seems strange, but this is the only game I know of that people actually talk about items and such, instead of other assorted things.

Anyone near level 85 would be up for trade some regular titanite slabs? I can exchange for other kinds of materials.

Going through with my Cleric for a high-faith/paladin build. I'm so use to being able to throw a giant shield in front of enemies to block damage I've forgotten how to properly do combat. Time to get this shit pat down.

so i'm invading duke's and i invade a guy down in the jail tower, at least that's where I assume he is. There's a gold phantom guarding the ladder with full giant, havel's shield, and a demon spear. ohboy.jpg so whenever i do damage to him, his host heals him back up (lame). so i just keep doing it because I've got more humanities than he has estus flasks. Eventually I kill him (and shrug), and then go down and pull the horn lever because I want him to feel pain now.) he sends me a voice message but I can't make out a single word because his TV's presumably blaring and everything sounds like the Duke's horn. :v:

I wish this game had some form of checkpoints before the lordvessel soul bosses. I've killed more ghosts and dickwraiths than I can count.

Maybe you could invade me, or I could invade you if you haven't killed Seath.

i'm on 360, so probably not. I'm level 55 at the moment, which is probably a bit low but there's no break in the action so maybe not.

okay wow. I start up my level 1 character, everything goes well, I wipe the floor with the gargoyles, I go to firelink to get my ring and when I load the game back up- my save is gone. wow. ffs.

And they where all pretty high upgraded too. Looks like i'm going to have to collect all that stuff again.
