Why wouldn't you?
Because she asks you to leave. What kind of bastard would you be for denying a womans request? And because I hoped she would help me later on.
oh my the gold tracer is quite op on a side note, I managed to completely dodge 2 castings of Pursuers and all 6 castings of dark bead, followed shortly by the poor host getting bled out.
I never said it was perfect or that it told you all the systems. I said it tells you where to go, which it does. The game does a piss poor job at telling you the different benefits to covenants, which stats are important, what objects are important, how important Humanity is or even what it does. Hell I still have no idead what the difference is between Divine, Occult and Enchanted except that Occult is stronger than Divine and removes the ability to kill skeletons.
Just a heads-up if you don't know what the differences are yet. Occult is an advanced version of Divine, which focuses more on Faith and less on Str/Dex. Enchanted is a stronger version of magic, which gives the weapon an A scaling in Intelligence.
Nobody told me about the ogres. I lost 72,000 souls and 13 humanity. Luckily I didn't level up so I can still farm the Gaping Dragon. Also, I had been coasting off of Orange Guidance humanity the entire game, meaning I saved all of my item humanity for just such and occasion.

I'm surprised that he didn't sit there and gesture first thing; it was a pretty good fight with him using a shitload of dark magic, myself using a claymore. Ultimately, he won due to the fact he got a 1500 damage hit with dark bead up close, which left me with no hp at all. He invaded me again and we sat there waiting for other invaders and destroying them instead :v:

Clearly there's only one way to settle this. FIGHT!
So after messing around with Knight Artie, I managed to get to Manus. Put up with him for about 7 minutes before he combo'd me to death. I managed to only do 1/4th of his health bar in 7 minutes.. Are the DLC bosses highly resistant to magic attacks?

All the DLC bosses royally fuck over split damage, but I don't think they have especially high magic defense.
