Apparently DS2 will be a launch title for the next console generation if game informer is to be belived
Shiiiit so I guess there's no chance at recording well with dxtory then.
I just use fraps, quality is the same plus pretty much no FPS hit with dark souls.
Anyway, can't you just port your twitch recordings? You could do some getto stuff to re-record the streams to edit.
Blight town needs to be nuked..I can't stand this place. Those shit eating ogres at the start knocking me off the platforms. Luckily the AI is retarded and I just lured it off the platform and it fell.
After like 300 hours of gameplay, I finally joined the Sunbros for the first time.
How could I ever missed that? Goddamn those spears, they just wreck shit.

Too undead, would not fuck. 0/10
FINALLY.
After several hours of attempts, I finally beat Smough and Ornstein for the first time.
Now to bask in my rewards~

Been playing for 2-3 hours now and so far I'm really enjoying this game.
But the Gargoyles are PISSING ME OFF. It turns into a lag-fest when the second one appears and when both of them starts shooting fire at me.
Even with 10 estus flasks I can't kill them because I get mowed down before I can use them.
try summoning someone to help out, if you can kill the first gargoyle before the second one hops down, it makes it way simpler
Gargoyles and that.
Summon an npc to take all the damage on your behalf.

Have you talked to Solaire? If you did, you can summon him to help you as long as youre human.
Invading isn't as fun as I thought it'd be.
Everyone keeps using these AoE spells that have insane range and a cast time of 0.5s. And it does insane damage and it goes through shields.

You can roll through Wrath of Gods, and it's easy once you're prepared for it.
Ironically enough after all the time I've invaded or been invaded I've never ran into a WoG spammer. The only guy who used it against me only did it once or so to try and catch me offguard (when I have it I usually try and do the same).
I wish Vow of Scilence didnt take up two slots because I'd totally use it all the time if not. Coompletely stops any and all pyro/spell/miracle spam player. Great Magic Barrier though is simply more practical because it only uses one slot, works against enemies, and pretty much does a similar thing

Usually, smart people will try to use their WoGs wisely to catch you off guard.
Other idiots will walk up to you with their talisman out and start spamming wog.
It's not too hard to dodge, though I haven't run into many wog spammers. Dark Magic is good practice for dodging spells, Dark Bead has a cast time of like 0.75 seconds and will usually result in a one-shot if you're close enough, which is enough incentive to learn how to dodge it.
I'm not sure why I did this but take it anyway :v:

Edit:
Why are media tags suddenly broken :/
Edit Again:

My thought was "Oh god, why is he running so slowly, he doesn't even look to have anything on really..."
And then I just started giggling when you pulled the shields out.

Rolls are invincibility frames, so if you time it right you can usually get around shit like that.
Unless it's fire, in which case run away.
I killed King Jeremiah, but his set is not behind Priscilla. Do I have to kill her for it?

Reload the game.

Thanks! Fluffy Tail's life has been spared.

You've a heart of gold.
New computer today, can't wait to see how it runs Dark Souls.
Kill her anyway, she's good souls.
There's enough sad boss fights in Dark Souls without the optional bosses.
I think I'm managing to get the hang of this game. An invader with a lighting and a poison spear attacked me on my way to fight the gargoyles and I managed to survive for nearly ten minutes.
He dropped three twin humanities at one point so I'm guessing I did good.
Also, I have no idea what weapon modification I should get once the drake sword becomes useless. I've got a +5 longsword ready but I don't think it'll do much good at all even with a good modification.
is it even possible to midroll in full havels at any point

i'm thinking maybe if you have 99 endurance and havel's ring but even then idk

Grab the claymore; it's a solid weapon for newcomers.
FORUM CHERRY POP
Is DWGR required for pvp or is it meh now that it isn't imbalanced?

Umm, pretty easily really. Havel's ring, RoFaP and about 25 endurance and your set. I used Havel's on my first playthrough and I was midrolling in it.

The longsword won't do a ton of damage, but a Sunlight Straight Sword(same moveset, slightly higher damage) buffed with Sunlight Blade will catch people by surprise in PvP. Though it's generally a good idea to ditch the longsword for an uchigatana or claymore, depending on whether your build favors strength or dex.

I run into very few people that use the DWGR. It's great if you want to be a dodging asshole, but unless you plan on forgoing a lot of defense in favor of a fastroll it's useless.
