Beat Ornsiten and Smough, only took me two tries; My first and only death was my own stupid fault, I wasn't paying any attention to Smough when fighting Ornstein because I assumed the player phantom I summoned pulled aggro on him. I don't (yet) see where their reputation comes from. It's fairly easy if you have a summon to draw the attention of either or leaving you with a fair one on one fight. Also, the Super versions seem to have pretty easy-to-read attack patterns.

I just got Dark Souls for PC. Is there any way to fix the low frame rate issue for the PC version? All my other games run fine but Dark Souls seems to be the exception.

If you have, take a look at your key descriptions for a hint. Make sure you grabbed the key in front of the Undead church. There should be a knight shield somewhere around the Undead Parish.

I guess technically you can let him live if you do option 1, but by doing so you don't actually fully complete his storyline. At least you get a cool ring, I guess. Option 3 only gives you a Titanite Slab.
