ring of dusk, I believe. Why would you ever cut your max HP in half? especially with that low of HP? I mean, a fly could murder you by SNEEZING on you.

You can't get out of stunlocks. Either dodge a lot or get some poise.

It'll save you from getting locked by lighter weapons. Also if you're using a zwei, kep your distance if possible. try to just attack with rolling pokes. Once I get a way to record shit I'll start uploading my dark magic asshole pvp matches, i think i've got a total of 43 poise on that character. Basically, don't get hit. If you INSIST on getting hit, hold backwards and toggle your offhand quickly. There's a weird invulnerability frame during a swap so if you time it right you can get out of stunlock. You have to be careful with it though, usually you'll get super dead if they stunlock you just because it does a bunch of damage. on my tribal king i've got like 17 poise. that shit taught me how to deal with heavy weapons REALLY quick.
