Holy shit, I never knew there was a Crystal Lizard in the barrels before the Taurus Demon fight! I rolled into all of them on a new character waiting for a summon so I could join sunbros as soon as possible and there it was!

It did for me. When I first started I broke those barrels, letting the CL out, and had no clue what it was or what to do with it and I kinda just followed it confused and it disappeared after a few seconds. I released it a couple more times without knowing what I was doing and it always disappeared.

Well, almost perfect. Uber sword that scales super good with your stats? Well, okay, but it might have a moveset thats really hard to use well and wouldn't work in all situations. Sword that only has C scaling in stats and you can only upgrade it to +5? Well it has high base damage, an awesome thrusting attack, and its reasonably fast. Daggers do shitty damage even with good dexterity? Well, they are really fast, work in small spaces, and give you tons of critical damage. Also, if you are baws, they are the easiest things to parry with. Or we could do it like Skyrim where Ebony weapons will always be better than steel weapons, and theres no real difference between axes and swords except some of them swing slightly faster or some shit. Meaning late game everyone will always have the same weapon (daedric sword/axe/whatever).

It took 4 tries and lots of ROLL ROLL ROLL ROLL ROLL ROLL but I managed to cause the fucker on the left to attack me until he fell off.

Just run straight for the guy on the right, roll under his arrows until he pulls his sword. Then parry.

Sometimes I go back to where they are just to shoot at them with a greatbow. Let them know how it feels to be hit by a truck on thin platforms.

Killed both the butterfly and Havel in one try, they may not be the hardest bosses but this feels pretty good after being stuck at the tuarus demon for 5 hours :v:

would it be considered unhonourable if i only bow during 1v1? as soon as they throw a summon in there i'll attack whenever

that's basically the rules i go by, yeah. if i invade and they're giving me my space, i'll bow and buff up. if i come in and they're right behind me, i'm going to pivot parry immediately and instakill them. i always zone in with a hornet ring. if i see a summon, all bets are off. if i see them actively summoning, i play a little game with myself where i try to kill them before the summon gets there.

triple shot bowfags are the worst imo.

I had the best experience ever last night. I place down a red sign, I get summoned into a MOTHERFUCKING RAVE Two guys just spamming prison stones. I put on my glorious Xanthous Crown and dress and danced the night away. Then we had a fistfight. Totally made up for the annoyance of giants-wearing dark magic spammers. I'll have a video up from my shitty iPod.
