Whats a good weapon for a Sunbro build?

That depends on the rest of your build. A true Sunbro just gears exactly like Solaire does. Theoretically you'd ignore faith as a weapon requirement and just use it to buff a weapon with Sunlight blade, so you're looking at either a low strength weapon or a low dex weapon (that way you'll still have enough room for Sunlight blade). At that point, really any wepaon you enjoy is a good choice. Straightsword, uchi, club, whatever you want. Just give yourself enough attunement slots for Sunlight Blade and the Heal of your choice. Never rely on your host to remember to heal you, because they won't.

Okay, these are my canidates. Ornsteins Spear Uchi Swag Sword Astora Straightsword Which should I go after?

guess im goin with swag sword and i am gonna just use attunement for heal and all of the sunbro attacks

get sunlight blade, seriously. it makes you look super gold

You could also use the silver knights spear, since it's way better than Ornsteins.

The only spear I've ever personally felt comfortable using is the Partizan, jsut because it has a sweep as the r2. I hate only being able to attack in one direction (pokes)

You'd be surprised how well my Tribal King build is doing... Honestly, at this point the only enjoyment I get is playing with really dumb builds and seeing how they work.

So I was in the Lost Izaleth, going through the corridor after killing the Titanite Demon when suddenly, Solaire with his new helmet and he was trying to kill me. I have to fight back but after defeating him, I feel sad.
