Cheat engine. (for the beads) As far as regular play, easy. Just play as per normal.

Well if you wanted to do it fair, NG+5 for all dem beads. Too much time investment.

Well unless you want the iaito, ninja suit and eagle shield and that spell guarded by the Tentacle thing. But otherwise, yeah. The backdoor beats the front door.

You can still get them via the back door, it's just a little less direct. If you use the backdoor you can at least wait til you have the lordvessel to get out faster or just come back at you leisure instead of being bent over a railing and fucked with a poison dart.
