Yeah, you can summon people who are in NG+ to NG. There's a video I saw not long ago of a guy in NG+7 SL1 summoning people in the Parish and getting shat on.
If I have an SL80 in my first playthrough could you still summon me?
[editline]9:00 PM[/editline]
In that case my GFWL is Sergeant Emu and I'll be chillin at the bonfire downstairs
Let me find some humanity because the last guy I summoned was a complete fuckhead and died the instant we got into the fight.
Can anyone recommend some good offensive miracles? I was relying heavily on lightning spear, then I changed covenants and lost it, and I'm completely fucked without it. I just got to Sen's Fortress.

wut
you don't lose lightning spear when you leave the sunbros. (unless you're talking about sunlight spear)
but uh, wrath of the gods and sunlight blade are the only two decent offensive ones that dont require a covenant (and karmic justice if you want to count that as offensive)

But... you don't need to be in the sunlight covenant to use lightning spear/greater lightning spear, only sunlight spear.
Besides that... force? There aren't really that many offensive miracles that aren't buffs besides the lightning spears/wrath of god.
Fuck Artorias. I'm trying to beat him in NG+ while staying at SL100 and it's proving to be quite difficult. I'm pretty much doing this video exactly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rIVXM_ms3vM I always fuck up one little dodge with stuns me so he can hit me for like 3 hits and then I'm done for.

So.... uh... turns out I'm a moron and was attempting to cast lightning spear with a catalyst. :suicide:
Thanks though guys, time to go buff the shit out of a club.

Get used to it. It usually takes me ~10+ tries to beat him because I always miss one or two dodges.
Just keep at him, and don't get distracted/do anything too fancy. You don't want to be in the middle of a "Well! What is it!" when he's done buffing. Trust me.

Vampire hunter?
Van Helsing.
It's really hard to actually PVP like that, I am determined though.

Sometimes it's not about being effective, But kicking someones ass the fun way.

Going to bed. Good luck
The silver knight torso always looked kinda weird. On a skinny feminine character like I had it was eh, but on anything else it looks kinda weird around the waist.
Also nice clipping issues, I hate those shoulderplates.
guys guys guys
i just learned that annorlunda means different in swedish
guys
i think im onto something
det är inte så annorlunda från allt annat i livet, heller. ju mer du lär dig desto rikare kommer du bli på erfarenhet, och därmed mättare på livet.
uh, i mean
I just went on an invasion spree in Oolacile and failed every single time.
MY GOD
I JUST REALIZED
[sp]Solaire DOES find his sun FOR REAL if you save him in Izalith. THINK ABOUT IT[/sp]
TELL ME
Think about where Solaire goes next if you save him.
It will BLOW YOUR MIND

How so? Are we [sp]his sun?[/sp]

Well, as it said [sp]Solaire lights bonfire, if you summon him for Gwyn[/sp]
[sp]We know Solaire goes to the Kiln in his own world because his summon sign is there if you save him. Given his personality, he certainly would have linked the flames given the choice, and it seems like he did have the chance since he was there. He found his sun by BECOMING THE SUN through linking the flames.[/sp]

This is speculation obviously but it sure seems likely

Isn't that already dev confirmed?

I don't think so, I'm pretty into the lore and I probably would have heard about that.
I never understood that phantom thing in general.
So lets take Kirk for example. He invades from his world to ours, if he dies 3 times and then somehow his corpse appears in our world, why? We have dialogues with Solaire himself and not his phantom and then we summon his phantom to help us from his world. Chester and we are in the same world, though he invades our world. How he could invade the same world he already belongs to? It would make sense if he was attacking like a normal npc and not a phantom. Could somebody explain?

Solaire tells us
"The flow of time itself is convoluted, with heroes centuries old phasing in and out.
The very fabric wavers, and relations shift and obscure.
There's no telling how much longer your world and mine will remain in contact."
So basically it's wibbly-wobbly timey-wimey stuff. Solaire and Chester can be in your world one moment and in their own the next.

Best explanation 2012.
Solaire actually had a line of cut dialogue that said
"It's wibbly-wobbly whatever bro just summon me for jolly cooperation"

It's not official but I'm surprised you've never heard of that theory before, it's been around the internet for a long time.
Well now I feel like a dick for killing him in the Burg on my Knight Kirk character.
[editline]27th November 2012[/editline]
Although I guess I did him a favor cause he can't go crazy or be burned alive for the next few hundred years.
