Shit, that sounds like fun but I don't have a build like that prepared. Might use a trainer to get the level and have a go at getting to the painted world. Otherwise I'll just warp there. Definitely going as a butcher, my internet would make invading a pain so let others deal with that.

Ha, I have almost everything I need to be a butcher. Maybe I'll do that. Plus the butcher knife is just fun to use.

I don't get the big deal with Anor Londo, it was easy as fuck for me on my first playthrough, New Londo Ruins though, those fucking ghosts man.

The low mobility that's often associated with it is probably a really bad thing in PvP though.

If you're doing it just for the event, you'll have Pig Knights midrolling around with WotG. You're going to want to fast roll. I wonder if mugen's armor optimizer can work for this.... [editline]28th November 2012[/editline] actually if you go knight gauntlets (which is vaguely cheating but whatever) and the HSWC with a wolf ring, you'll hit 53 poise. Which is enough.

Sack + iron bracelet + hollow soldier waistcloth + wolf ring gives you 54 poise and isn't cheating because they aren't actually gauntlets! :v: And you can fast roll pretty easily with the FaP ring.

If I were you I'd go chaos butcher knife and put everything into VIT instead.

Pretty sure it's not clear how the armour numbers calculate into actual damage reduction but going Chaos doesn't overcome their physical damage numbers and when you reduce the fire damage by their armour it only goes over by about 70. Grab both if you want but I'm fairly sure you won't do as much damage going through two high resistances as going through one.
