Maximum defense with mid roll, max defense with mid roll with a free ring slot, max defense with fast roll and a free ring slot, and max ~style~ (with fast roll) The maximum defense one has 390 physical defense, that's more than most SL100 players have. I'm completely unable to load my old savefile now on the PC version. If i put it in the savegame folder, I simply get no option to "load game" on the main menu of the game, i only get the "new game" option. So i tried doing one thing. Starting a new game, and replacing the new save with the old savegame to trick the game into loading it instead, but that just ended up in a crash. (same result on second try as well) So what do I do? How do i load my previous savegame?

The worst part is that on that character, I hadn't died at all so far. I used a trainer and got my build to where I wanted it to be so I didn't have to grind, unhollowed at firelink, and managed to get all the way to Anor Londo without dying. Then this asshole with Pursuers gets me, even though I rolled through the fucking things the lag claimed I didn't.

usually when I come back to the thread I've made some progress but this capra demon is really kicking my ass when I do the plunging attack he just destroys me before I can climb the stairs again

I find that the plunge attack is a bad idea with the capra demon. Once the dogs are out of the way it's easy enough to dodge his attacks and poke him til he dies.

his attacks aren't incredibly difficult to dodge

Oh man, I actually kinda like the butcher's knife. The moveset isn't that great (From Soft was apparently too lazy to give it a combo, instead you just do the same attack over and over again) but it's not [I]that[/I] slow and it does like 500 per hit.

Guys, I suck at PvP. Like really bad. What can I do to improve my skills? I have a +5 Divine reinforced club and Balder shield +10 Silver knight armor and leggings, Mask of the summoner and crimson gloves, and I frequently use lightning spear, force, and emit force. I'm looking more into good strategy though. Any tips?
